Four Points by Sheraton Warsaw Mokotow

My parents spent a night at Four Points by Sheraton Warsaw in October. They are elderly people with limited mobility, and the Hotel management provided them with the best room for their needs. Great hotel with wonderful staff, they have done everything possible to make my parents happy. Thank you!

Helpful staff and friendly

Very good

The hotel is not too far from the airport and it is perfect for an overnight stay! The room was very clean - no complaints. It was nice to have a variety of tv channels to watch before bed. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Overall, 10/10 experience.

The property had some strange in room verification system (not the old European "insert your access card to turn on lights thing") - our lights stopped working, had to call in service. Automatic light in the bar area was super annoying as it turned on any time anyone went to the bathroom in the middle of the night...

Room had no a/c for two nights, did not provide compensation. Room service every other day. Very slow front desk and check in.

The staff were professional and friendly. The accommodations were clean and comfortable!

Not much to do around, breakfast was good trays were empty we waited for them to be filled.
We needed to request food items to be filled,even though it was an hour before buffet closing.

Girl in restaurant during morning hrs on 21st April (breakfast time), prepared really nice cappuccino.

The hotel was short staffed and didn't provided slippers, dental kit, shaving kit, complementary water after repeated requests.

Excellent hotel, great location in a beautiful residential area, close to an airport but also you can go for a beautiful walk. Plenty nice and cozy restaurants in the area, but you almost do not need them as the food in the hotel is wonderful, one mist try breakfast when there. But the most import is that the staff in the hotel is absolutely amazing, goes above and beyond to help and accommodate you. Rooms a beautiful, clean, beds very comfortable. Great place overall.

I am traveling a lot and sometimes using Expedia to reserve flights and hotels. For last few years I did five trips to Europe using Expedia for booking. This Sheraton hotel gave me the most troubles I didn’t expect. The dinner : I ordered stake for dinner and stake price was $100 but I was waiting almost 30 minutes . That’s a really long time since only one more person was in restaurant. The biggest issue was in the morning of check out I gave to shave my face for meeting . It took me unbelievable long time because drain in the sink was plugged and water drains do slow that I can’t performe shaving. Have to wait till water drain and continue again and again.
Receptionist didn’t pay attention on my complains . She just said : I will inform maintenance. Looks like she didn’t fell this situation needs apology. I made on time to my meeting but was a very stressed.
