Pros:

Stanza spaziosa e curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. Posizione ottimale per visitare la città e non nel caos del centro città. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Ogni dettaglio è curato. Adoro l'ascensore vecchio stile con cancello. Ottimo esempio di come rinnovare in maniera eccellente. Camera dotata di ogni confort

Cons:

Colazione decisamente non all'altezza. È possibile solo migliorare. La doccia era difficile da regolare di temperatura, ma non è stato un vero disagio. Peccato che la piscina sia in disuso, è di una bellezza rara.

Breakfast, old furniture(nothing to do with the style of the hotel but soooo used and no well mentained), bad bathroom conditions, very noisy - no soundproof, very small tv, etc

It is not 4 star hotel...only 3 if you want to be optimistic...

Très agréable, mais un effort à faire sur le petit-déjeuner
Pros:

L’emplacement, la propreté de la chambre, la literie de très bonne qualité, la décoration dans les étages et les escaliers (tableaux, tapisseries, objets divers, sculptures), ainsi que le hall central.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner proposé et l’infrastructure y relative pourraient être de meilleur qualité pour un établissement comme celui-ci. Les plats ne sont que peu souvent regarnis et il manque des produits. Il faut faire la queue quelquefois pour se servir un café…

Quirky, whimsical and eclectic hotel, packed full of gold gilded charm
Pros:

Quirky and eclectic, this hotel is bursting full of art and antiques. Helpful front desk staff, comfortable public seating areas, reasonable fitness center and easy location in terms of walking or public transportation. Breakfast was comfortable in the adjoining restaurant but a fairly standard hotel breakfast buffet. Room well equipped with bottled water daily and excellent cleaning staff.

Cons:

The in-room teapots were beautiful but a bit awkward as the handle heated and they couldn't be turned on and off but needed to be fully removed from the plate... Easily handled but a little annoying.

Cons:

Frühstück war nicht so toll. Jeden Tag die gleichen aufback Brötchen. Kein Nutella. Heute Morgen gab es aufgetauten Apfelstrudel. Schade. Aber man kann vielleicht auch nicht immer alles immer top erwarten.

Some things looks old, especially the breakfast room. The same old and cheap things link 20 years ago.

Pros:

The hotel was clean and well appointed. Our room was comfortable and warm. The bathroom was well set out. The addition of a kettle and a fridge was a lovely bonus. The room was quiet and we were not disturbed by noisy neighbours. The breakfast each day was good, there was a decent choice of hot and cold.

Cons:

The tiny cups provided in the room. They were the size of a thimble
