L'hotel si trova in posizione centrale, dando la possibilità di raggiungere il centro città in.pochi minuti. Ottima la colazione.
Avremmo voluto cenare nel ristorante dell'hotel ma era consentito fumare in sala. Essendo noi non fumatori, abbiamo desistito.

En Lido nos alojamos cada vez que estamos en Bucarest.
Bueno ,es precioso el hotel y tiene una historia impresionante .Es un hotel de lujo ,que te lleva a épocas pasadas ,los cuadros ,las alfombras las lámparas, el piano ,los sofas ,todo tipo de artículos que que adornan a mí personalmente me encantan .Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas ,muy luminosas ,las instalaciones ,el restaurante - cafetería es muy recomendable ,caros pero merece estar disfrutando un rato y probar la cocina del restaurante .El personal , recepciónistas ,camareros etc encantadores ,muy amables y dispuestos en ayudarte .Es céntrico ,el ruido de la calle no llega a molestar , - es un boulevard muy transitado,coches a todas horas .Está cerca del Atheneo ,de museos ,de Calea Victoriei ,a 15 minutos ,como mucho del Casco Antiguo ,es decir andando ,paradas de metro Piata Romana o Universitate a 5 minutos ,rodeado de una zona de restauración muy buena .
Es un hotel de lujo pero de lujo antiguo porque el mantenimiento deja mucho que desear ,mucho .Las instalaciones estupendas ,es una joya .Ahora el desayuno ,no es de nivel .Escaso ,sin gran variedad ,es sota ,caballo ,rey - salami,huevo,chorizo ,queso ,fruta y algo de dulce ,claro y los cereales con leche .....una bandejita de cada ( no una bandeja ) con 10 lonchas se terminan en cuestión de minutos ,no reponen .Desayunas lo que hay ,lo que queda .Un cuatro estrellas ,que ha subido los precios mucho por lo menos espero que sea acorde en todo no ?Ahorras en unas lonchas de salami ??? Otra cosa ,el secador no funcionaba ,del chino más chino ,solo un poco de aire frío sacaba y ya se apagaba .El agua del wáter, inexistente...un chorrito finito ,que estaban las heces y el pis todo el día reinando ,de verdad ??? La puerta del balcón intenté abrirla y casi se me cae encima ,se les soltaron los tornillos .No la toqué más .Una tomadura de pelos en condiciones .El primer día no había gel de baño ,ni se había limpiado porque olía orrible el baño .Por esto digo ,el hotel está de capa caída en lo que se refiere al cuidado y al mantenimiento. Los baños necesitan reformas ,las duchas ...chinas ,de las más baratas,habia moho....las toallas ...habían pasado la guerra ,creo que son las desde que se inauguro el hotel ....Los detalles que siempre me gustaron ya no existen ,es decir ,que todo funcione bien ,que se note el cuidado de un valor arquitectonico e histórico (el primer hotel de Europa que ha tenido una piscina imitando las olas del mar )Lo que he dicho las estancias han subido mucho ,pero no sé refleja en el cuidado del hotel .
La ubicación.
La limpieza, instalaciones con moho debajo del mueble del baño, mueble roto, no son habitaciones insonorizadas, se oye todo, no tienen cortinas opacas, mal mantenimiento.
Beautiful hotel, conveniently located within an easy 10 - 15 minute walk of the old town. Our room and bathroom were spacious, the bed comfortable, and the welcome note with a chocolate was a lovely surprise.
Breakfast could have been better. The porcelain cups were too small for the amount of cappuccino that came out of the machine - as an alternative, there were paper cups. People who came to breakfast later also had to use paper plates.
The room was exquisite and hotel architecture absolutely stunning

La ubicación. La habitación muy amplia y con todas las comodidades. El buffet del desayuno muy completo.
Le preguntamos a la recepcionista por sitios donde cenar y no supo mucho que decirnos.
La gentilezza del personale. Ci hanno fatto trovare una colazione da portare via in quanto dovevamo uscire prima dell' orario del servizio. Camera pulita e accogliente con tutto il necessario. Posizione centralissima.
Potrebbero aumentare leggermente la parte dolce della colazione, ma tutto sommato una buona colazione.

Det var gångavstånd till dom centrala delarna av Bukarest och även nära till deras Metro (t-bana).
Personalen i receptionen var hjälpsam och pratade mycket bra engelska.
