San Diego Marriott La Jolla

My family and I have been staying here for the past few days. With that being said Hala Ayoob has become a great friend over the course of our trip. Hala works in the M Club and from the start she has always greeted us with a smile, a laugh, and a helpful hand. She is like this with all of her customers and through her greetings we can all see how hard she works. We will forever be grateful to Hala and will always remember our new friend. We love you Hala all the way from Jersey!

Great location! Close to the mall. Stayed on the 15th floor. Awesome view. Room was clean. M lounge had plenty of food and drinks. Hala Ayoob was very nice and friendly. She took good care of us at the M club! Will be back soon!

I was here 3 years ago during a hard time. I swore to myself I would come back. Here I am! The place is full of gems! Your staff is incredibly kind. They seem to enjoy what they stand for. My absolute favorites will be Tony and Delia . Amazing people.

Location, quiet, comfortable

I had an outstanding stay, and I want to give special recognition to Delia, the Front Desk Supervisor. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and exceptional professionalism. She went above and beyond to ensure my check-in was smooth and that all my needs were taken care of throughout my stay.

Delia’s attention to detail, genuine kindness, and commitment to outstanding guest service truly made a difference. She exemplifies what great hospitality is all about and is a tremendous asset to the hotel. Thanks to her dedication, my experience was memorable, and I look forward to returning.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

It was clean and very easy to navigate to where you needed to go. The parking garage was a plus!

We had a great time during our stay here. The property is beautiful, especially the pool and the staff and service was amazing. I’ll definitely be back!

Great location and facility. Small swimming pool to soak. Did not.use gym. Walking distance to Westfield Mall. Try to find the ice rink in mall that has a food court. Hotel has a Starbucks and restaurant

Like always, my needs have been exceeded. Absolutely adore everyone and everything about this property. The nicest people I will ever get to meet! Thank you Delia and Kai for the laughs and the smiles.

We visited this location for a couple of nights to stay out of the city during the Nascar races. Room and entire hotel were super clean. Every person we encountered was incredibly friendly but Dion & Hala really made our stay exceptional.

We asked for and received a two bed room, it also had a small deck overlooking the area. This hotel hasn't been converted yet to the shower doors so it had the typical tub/curtain combo but it was clean and had a separate sink area which is ideal when traveling with multiple people.

The M Club lounge here is a nice size and has a ton of options for breakfast + drinks/snacks when the lounge isn't staffed, even on weekends! The bar is a nice open area with both inside and outside seating, a great place for happy hour or an anytime meetup. Gerry, Fernando and Dion are top notch--above and beyond service!

No issue with late checkout. Everyone we encountered was super nice. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future and encourage you to give it a try!
