Awesome Experience.
Pros:

I had breakfast at The MClub and Hala Ayoob provided excellent service! She was was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. She made our breakfast experience enjoyable. She was awesome. Thank you!

Breakfast was wonderful. the staff was great.

Cons:

The room smelled so stale we had to leave the balcony door open all day. our clothes smelled like the room, we had to wash everything,(even what was clean) when arriving home. A $67 ionizer on amazon would fix the problem.

Pros:

Great location and facility. Small swimming pool to soak. Did not.use gym. Walking distance to Westfield Mall. Try to find the ice rink in mall that has a food court. Hotel has a Starbucks and restaurant

Solid choice in the area
Pros:

We visited this location for a couple of nights to stay out of the city during the Nascar races. Room and entire hotel were super clean. Every person we encountered was incredibly friendly but Dion & Hala really made our stay exceptional.

We asked for and received a two bed room, it also had a small deck overlooking the area. This hotel hasn't been converted yet to the shower doors so it had the typical tub/curtain combo but it was clean and had a separate sink area which is ideal when traveling with multiple people.

The M Club lounge here is a nice size and has a ton of options for breakfast + drinks/snacks when the lounge isn't staffed, even on weekends! The bar is a nice open area with both inside and outside seating, a great place for happy hour or an anytime meetup. Gerry, Fernando and Dion are top notch--above and beyond service!

No issue with late checkout. Everyone we encountered was super nice. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future and encourage you to give it a try!

The stay was convenient but I probably would t stay here again .
Pros:

The property location was convenient .

Cons:

My room walls were dirty & my toilet seat was scratched up . It made me feel as if the rest of the room was dirty. So I tried not to look around as much.
