A great hotel with excellent facilities and staff that helped turn our holiday around.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, around a 15-minute walk from KLCC, with excellent facilities, including a very good spa. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We booked this hotel at very short notice after having to leave another property (8 Kia Peng KLCC by Luna) due to serious sanitation issues, and the staff made the whole process easy and welcoming. After a stressful few days, staying here was a huge relief and helped get our 10-day holiday back on track. Overall, we had a very comfortable and positive experience.

Cons:

The main downside was the price, which was a bit expensive, especially as it was a last-minute booking. However, given our circumstances and the quality of the hotel, facilities, and service, we were still happy with our stay.

まぁ良かった
Pros:

-気管支炎持ちの1歳子供のヘイズ対策で部屋に空気清浄機を依頼していたところ対応してくださり、依頼はしていなかったがベビーベッドも用意されていて、子供はそのベビーベッドを気に入った様子で自らベッドに入り、満足そうだった。
-ロビースタッフの方が子供に声をかけてあやしてくれたりとみなさん親切でした。
-ツインタワー、ブギビッタン行くにも便利な場所。モノレールも近い(徒歩圏内)

Cons:

特にないが、強いて言うならば、
-朝食時の座席の後ろにもう気持ちゆとりが欲しい。ぶつかる。
通りかかったスタッフがベビーチェアに足を引っ掛けてつまづいていた。ちょうど子供は離席していたので良かったが、狭いのでトレーを持っていると見えていない様子だった。
-部屋のコンディショナーが初日から空っぽだった。2日目に補充されるかと思いきや2日目も空っぽのままだった。
-ロビーに蚊が多くてgrab待ちの時に何度か刺された。
