The Shangri-La in KL is a grand hotel offering excellent value and superb service.
Pros:

Staff - amongst the best I have encountered anywhere. Cleanliness and standard of maintenance - excellent. Comfort - superbly comfortable bed and pillows. Room - well-furnished, well-equipped and quiet. Ambience - traditional rather than 'glitzy', but substantial and opulent. The Horizon Club - cannot be recommended highly enough.

Cons:

Nothing - it was perfect.

Хороший отель, который не стремится быть самым-самым, а просто комфортен и надежен
Pros:

- Отличные завтраки, хотя по выходным и бывает слишком многолюдно. Много разной выпечки, мороженое, шоколадный фонтан, где можно глазурить фрукты, в общем ребенок был счастлив
- Все очень приветливые и дружелюбные
- Расположение хорошее, до klcc можно дойти минут за 10
- Хороший бассейн, окруженный деревьями. Находиться там приятно и на наш взгляд уютнее чем в бассейнах, которые расположены на высоких этажах небоскребов
- Тренажерный зал просторный, современный и почти пустой
- Хорошие рестораны в отеле. Японский дорогой, но Arthur’s в целом приемлемый, с хорошим западным интерьером, ужинать там было приятно
- Попали на Eid, каждый вечер в лобби была музыка и веселье

Cons:

- Это не недостаток, а небольшая ремарка. Был небольшой эпизод, когда в ванной пошел какой-то дым, мы так и не поняли из-за чего. Сотрудники отреагировали оперативно, но они заменили фильтр в кондиционере, и видимо из-за его новизны он очень интенсивно пах ароматизатором всю ночь, даже пришлось приоткрыть дверь, чтобы проветрить. Но на следующее утро стало лучше

Отель очень уставший старый и вонючий ели до утра вышел и поставили на букин 9+ рядом не проходит Наверное начальство очень жадный! Не кому не советую

Top ligging , kamers zijn lekker groot en top bed met heerlijk bedlinnen en bij de receptie kennen ze geen NEE! En er zijn genoeg bedjes bij het zwembad

Cons:

Viel niet echt tegen maar er is een restaurant waar je buiten kunt dineren dat zou de beleving nog beter maken.

Pros:

Felt very luxurious! The room was in ”old style” - very charming. Nice clean bathroom and comfortable large bed. Very good breakfast experience, especially the bread selection! The pool area was very nice but a bit dated, I loved to be surrounded by all the plants and there also was a pool for small children. The staff was very friendly and helpful, in the lobby as well as in the breakfast restaurant and the restaurant Arthur’s. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend.
