Pros:

The hotel was nicely decorated for Chinese new year. The staff were extremely helpful as the hotel was so full. They tried to accommodate everyone and were very helpful.

Cons:

It was very busy for Chinese new year. They had an overspill for breakfast and we ended up eating breakfast at the bar counter. The rooms are looking a little dated and the pool area wasn’t great.

Perfect stay , walkable to all the sites, luxury and style
Pros:

Amazing staff! It was our birthdays when we stayed, not only did we get a complimentary upgrade to Horizons CLub, our room was full of balloons, a birthday cake, party hats and a box of exquisite chocolates from the local retailer!
What fun! It really elevated our experience.
I swam every morning in the outdoor pool, the sauna and steam room was a wonderful addition and I showered there, blew dry my hair and was able to pamper without getting under my husbands feet in the room.
Breakfast buffet was vast and delicious. There are a few bars and an amazing Japanese on level 1 but it did lack a little excitement or a place to go with a groovey vibe so for that we went to the Sky bar and the W Hotel rooftop bars for that. Which was just $3 in a GRAB taxi

Cons:

Needs another bar that has a younger vibe to cater for all residents or could perk up the poolside area for night time hangouts

Room was a great size with all the amenities. Staff were so kind & helpful. The hotel itself is gorgeous. Pool was lovely & the breakfast was amazing! Loved my stay here.

Pros:

Such friendly bell boys at the entrance! Loved the Green tents for the kids, pool, staff, breakfast ! Liked hair salon and massage. Horizon Lounge staff are exceptional! Keep doing what you’re doing.

Great service, location and food!
Pros:

The room was fantastic! It was plenty big for one person. The location was great and only 10 minutes walking distance to KLCC and 15 mintues to other places too. The Breakfast had everything and more someone could ask for. All sorts of cuisines - Malay, Chinese, Japanese, Western and of course desert.
