From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.
Complimentary shuttle service from the main lobby to Bukit Bintang, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, and KLCC shopping areas, generally operating on a limited schedule from Friday to Tuesday. Advance booking is required. The schedule is subject to change, so confirming with the hotel concierge on the day of travel is recommended.

Large suite very comfortable and very clean. Club lounge is very very good lots of selection regarding food and drink, staff are attentive. Reception very welcoming, very smooth check in at the club lounge, quick and easy check out in the main reception area. Pool area very clean, pool staff helpful and controlled unruly children which were having an effect on other pool users. Everything spot on well done Shangri-la KL.
There was nothing during our stay that we didn't dislike.

Everything was perfect. Check in was seamless, staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel room was very comfortable. Huge selection of food for breakfast buffet. The lounges were comfortable and peaceful. I honestly didn't want to leave

الإفطار جيد جداً ولكن ينقصه بعض التنويع ، موقع الفندق جيد جداً وقريب من الشوارع الرئيسية ويحيط به العديد من المطاعم والمقاهي كما انه يطل جزئياً على برجي بتروناس
لوحظ عدم وجود تهوية في المصاعد او في ممرات الطوابق واعتقد بأن هذا الأمر يعود الى محاولة توفير الطاقة بسبب ارتفاع تكاليفها ولكن كفندق خمس نجوم من المفترض مراعاة راحة العملاء كأولوية ، حيث ان عدد الطوابق يصل الى حوالي 29 طابق وبالتالي عدم وجود تهوية او تبريد داخل المصعد أمر غير جيد مع تكرار توقف المصعد ووجود عدد كبير من الأشخاص داخله.
