Exciting 1 nite stay
Pros:

The facilities, Food, rooms, the horizon club, all great, breakfast with some privacy at the club

Cons:

The breakfast selection at the club much lesser compared to the lemon coffee house. At the end of breakfast only we were told we can order the types of eggs.

Amazing!
Pros:

Personnel was amazing, so extremely friendly for the kids (2&5) and our son turned 5 there and they made surprise cake and balloons etc. Real party.
Beautiful pool and hotel.
(We first stayed few days at Shangri-la and than went to Renaissance hotel. Which was bit more focused on children from swimmingpool perspective but except that, did not much like Renaissance vs Shangri-la)

Despite having been ‘ upgraded ‘ the assigned room was significantly smaller than the one shown when I made the reservation - this was a disappointing beginning to my stay - better to manage expectations and show the reality rather then over promise and ultimately disappoint your customer
