Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Great Position & Amazing Staff
Pros:

I really liked the staff, they were super helpful and supportive. Moreover the position of the hotel is very good, you can reach by foot all the main locations and major malls.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit outdated, with quite old style forniture.
I believe they should renovate a bit the rooms to modernize them a bit more.

Pros:

L emplacement, le lit même si je m attendais à un lit plus grand en King size

Cons:

Nous arrivons après un long voyage avec mon fils de 7 ans et ma femme. On nous dit la chambre sera prête avant 14h, pas de problème c est normale. On me précise que le fait de demander un King size fait qu elle ne sera pas prête avant 14h mais que je peux prendre leur offre spécial enfant plus grande avec une tente pour mon fils unique je réponds que non. Du coup on dépose nos affaires la conciergerie et nous allons nous promener.
On revient vers 16h30 la nos affaires sont toujours dans le lobby . On vas dans la chambres et c est 2 lits . Donc je redescends et j attends qu on nous change de chambre ce qui est fait. J ai réservé au shangri La et je ne m attendais pas à ce genre de service.

Excellent stay! Exceeded our expectations!
Pros:

For my wife's birthday, I had requested for 2 slices of a vegan cake to surprise her. The hotel provided a full vegan cake and even decorated our room which was really sweet of them! We had also requested for vegetarian breakfast and the hotel provided excellent dishes!

Pros:

Very comfortable stay at high floor overlooking the KL Tower. The view as such was not very exciting but it was quiet. No problems.

Cons:

A lot of food variety in the breakfast buffet. All good. Indian buffet too had variety but its taste would not tantantalise an Indian taste palate.
