Avevo effettuato una prenotazione utilizzando il filtro "intera unità accessibile" e al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato uno scalino alto che non ha permesso a mio marito di poter accedere. Nel 2026 sentire ancora frasi del tipo " la aiutiamo" è inaccettabile perché non si capisce la limitazione all'autonomia e libertà che viene applicata. Il receptionist, tra l'altro ha continuato a parlare dalla sua postazione non degnandosi nemmeno di avvicinarsi alla porta per parlare con mio marito al marciapiede.
Anche booking dovrebbe, di suo, fare dei controlli maggiori per accertare l'accessibilità delle strutture per evitare disagi di questo tipo. Il Torrione Hotel è inaccessibile per la presenza dello scalino, cosiddetta barriera architettonica. Seguirà reclamo

Toller Aufenthalt in einem schönen Hotel!
Pros:

Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, alles vorhanden, sogar frischer Obstsalat! Alle Mitarbeiter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Super Service, alles wurde prima erklärt,auch wie die Garage funktioniert und wo sie ist! 20 Euro am Tag sind zwar nicht wenig, aber draussen Parkplätze zu bekommen, ist nicht leicht und man muss sie auch bezahlen!

Es war wirklich alles klasse!!

Wir alle können das Hotel nur empfehlen!
Pros:

Tolles Frühstücksbuffet,es gab sogar frisches Obst und Obstsalat. Ansonsten eine große Marmeladenauswahl, Honig und Nutella,Kuchen, Crossants, Rüherei und Speck, Joghurt, viele Säfte....einfach super! Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich!

Im großen und ganzen ein schöner Aufenthalt

Das Frühstück war recht ordentlich, nämlich süß und pikant. Leider gab es nie panini. Etwas mehr Abwechslung wäre wünschen2wert.

Hotel in posizione comodissima per visitare la città, personale gentilissimo alla reception e alla prima colazione, che è stata di ottima qualità e molto bella per la vista mare sullo stretto di Messina. La camera che ci hanno assegnato era accogliente e con un bagno molto spazioso
