Il soggiorno perfetto
Pros:

Tutto pensato nei minimi particolari: caffè, tè e addirittura prosecco in omaggio, mensole nel bagno, cosmetici, lampade nei posti giusti... in più tranquillità e gentilezza dello staff... Insomma tutto perfetto!!!

Schöner Aufenthalt. Das Personal hat uns die vergessene Jacke sofort gemeldet und wir konnten sie abholen.
Pros:

Super Lage, sehr freundlicher Empfang.

Cons:

Strassenlärm sehr laut - Dämmung könnte optimiert werden.

Nice apartment in a pleasant area of Milan
Pros:

The location of was good, the staff were very friendly. Nice pizza place nearby.

Cons:

There is building work happening next door to the apartments, so for a couple of nights the workers were there for a long time into the night. There was not much to see from our windows. The tram tracks are very close to the building so you do feel and hear the movement but get used to it quickly.

Pros:

La posizione è comodissima. La camera e il bagno sono puliti e confortevoli.

Cons:

Il problema principale è il caldo; insostenibile nonostante i termosifoni e il climatizzatore fossero spenti. E non c'era ovviamente nessuno a cui chiedere di cambiare la temperatura.

Emplacement idéal a 5 minutes a pieds du duomo. Chambre spacieuse avec une petite cuisine. Possibilité de laisser ses valises avant le check-in et après le départ très pratique

Spotlessly clean, great location, fantastic BIG bathroom with a great shower.

Cons:

A dark, stuffy room, (no fan, they wouldn't put on the aircon), which little natural light penetrates. The hotel entrance is in an alley and the sign is a laminated A4 paper attached to the door so you don't know you've found the place until you're standing right in front of it (picture attached).
