Pretty run down left over hotel with signs of wear and tear everywhere including smelly carpet, stains, scratches and dings. For what you get it is actually quite expensive. Try to get something else from a larger brand.
Location. Plenty of towels. Good waffles. Friendly staff. Staff cleaned the room well, the smell was something deeper than surface cleaning.
The room had a strong smell of bleach the first night, then smelled like dirty sneakers. Other than the waffles, the breakfast was lacking, tasted stale and several items were unsanitary like the yogurt due to being served in bowls where people double dipped. There were streaks of something smeared all over the doors. The bathroom light was connected to the fan so you couldn't have the light without the loud fan. Shampoo, lotion etc were in large containers that were easily removed so guests could put anything in them. Not sanitary. Basic TV, no movies or premium channels. $350 for 2 nights should get you a room without mold and musty odors.
The front desk lady was very nice and we felt welcome.
We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the shower. Haha we finally figured it out.

They took great care of my Father in law. The breakfast was good. Room was clean. There is a nice selection of snacks, drinks, water, and coffee available in the lobby even when the breakfast is closed. Hotel staff is freindly. Just an Overall nice place to stay.
The ease of booking.
The room was pricey and the facility was old. The shower didn't drain and the towel bar was coming out of the wall.

The staff demonstrated exceptional courtesy, both in their interactions with me and in the way they treated other guests throughout my visit.
Odors of cleaning fluids were a bit too strong throughout the hotel.
The cleanliness was great, especially if you like the mell of bleach!

Food selection. No oatmeal, no scrambled eggs
Location and price was good to very good. Beds were comfortable and blankets were perfect weight and warmth. Refrigerator was extremely loud buzzing all night.
It was worn. Carpet has obvious wear spots. Our sheet had a burn hole in it which meant somebody smoked in a bed somewhere in the hotel.. sheets travel. The room had a strange smell, but not gross. Refrigerator was very loud.
