Einfach alles! Selten in einem so zuvorkommenden und freundlich geführten Hotel gewesen. sehr feines Essen, schöne, saubere Zimmer, unglaublich gemütliche Gaststube, herzlich und zuvorkommendes Personal. Man merkt, dass dieses Haus familiär geführt ist.

Ohne die beiden Vorkommnisse wäre ich sehr zufrieden gewesen.

Cons:

Erst beim Check in erfuhr ich, dass 8€/Tag für das Parken am Haus verlangt wird. Gäste, die das Restaurant nutzen, parken kostenlos.
Es wurde eine Überraschung versprochen, wenn man auf den Zimmerservice (sauber machen, Handtücher) verzichtet. Das habe ich mit Blick auf Nachhaltigkeit getan. Zu Hause gibt es auch nicht jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Beim Check out war niemand zu erreichen. Eine Überraschung bekam ich nicht. Das ist schade. Deshalb auch nur als Bewertung die „6“.
Beide aufgeführten Vorkommnisse haben mich geärgert.

Es war immer jemand für uns da, da die Türkarte ne kleine Macke hatte. Hat sich aber alles geklärt.

Cons:

Ja der Duschkopf in unserer Dusche ist ein bißchen in die Jahre gekommen und hat in alle Richtungen Wasser abgegeben. Aber jetzt bemerke ich auch, dass ich das gar nicht gemeldet hatte. Tut mir leid.

Pros:

I was there fore participating @ TÜV seminar. Unfortunately my desk light was not working. I claimed it 3 times. and I was waiting for 3 hours until someone checked and detect that in the meantime there in no one present to fix it. So I lost much time for preparation for next day because the other light was not sufficient.

In Zimmer 103 konnte ich WDR Wuppertal empfangen in Zimmer 105 nicht.
