Zimmer schlecht aufgeräumt, Müllkübel nicht entleert, Betten einfach mies aufgebettet, Parkplatz extra bezahlen, weil man nicht direkt sondern über Booking gebucht hat!
Frühstück um 06:30 Uhr nicht fertig vorbereitet, wenig Auswahl an Speisen z. B keine Gurken, Tomaten, Kornbrötchen(nur Semmel) kein Naturjoghurt usw.

Las fotos no corresponden con la oferta ofrecida en la web, al hacer el checking me pidieron un suplemento € económico, para quedarme en una habitación del edificio de las fotos, al cual me negué, por tanto me enviaron a otro edificio "anexo"a casi medio kilómetro de distancia, sin recepción e instalaciones que no se corresponden al hotel 4 estrellas, por el que ya había pagado. Una vergüenza, el baño con olor a cañerías y polvo, lástima que no se pueda apreciar el olor tan horrible de la habitación por este medio. La persiana no cerraba el todo, entraba luz, eran dos camas juntas nada cómodas, el WIFI inexistente. Las vistas al coche aparcado en el justo delante de la ventana. Lo peor de todo, es que intentamos contactar para solucionar las incidencias y no respondieron a nuestros mensajes.
Es un engaño.

Ein Wasserhahn im Bad, der offen gestaltet ist .Dadurch kann das Wasser nur schwer dosiert werden , was zur regelmäßigen Überschwemmung des bereits defekten Waschtisches führt.
