Hotel nie zasługuje na swoje gwiazdki i cenę.
Cons:

Wybrałam ten hotel ze względu na klimatyzację. W pokoju typu comfort o podwyższonym standardzie klimatyzacja nie chłodziła, było duszno i bardzo gorąco, podobnie jak w całym hotelu. Prysznic był zepsuty i nie działał prawidłowo.

Maximal eine Notlösung
Pros:

Das Essen im Haupthaus war gut. Dort sind die Zimmer (auf den Bildern) anscheinend auch schöner.

Cons:

Bei meiner Buchung stand zwar das ich ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude buche. Aber nicht das man dann für 3€ weniger kein 4 Sterne Zimmer sondern eine Arbeiterunterkunft ohne jeden Luxus bekommt. Keine Klimaanlage, kein funktionierender Fernseher, nur kleine Handtücher. Grundsätzlich nicht schlimm, aber wenn man 4 Sterne erwartet, absolut negativ.

Zum Glück konnte ich vor Ort noch kostenfrei stornieren .

Die Unterkunft entspricht in keiner Weise der bei booking com angegebenen Darstellung. Darüberhinaus war die Bettwäsche schmutzig und im gleichen Gebäude befand sich eine Hähnchenbraterei, was man im gesamten Hotel riechen konnte.

Schönes Frühstücksbuffett
Gutes Abendessen im Gasthaus.
Sehr nette Bedienung.

Parken eher schwierig. Wenn das Lokal mit Essensgästen voll ist schauts schlecht aus.

Hab dann in der nächsten Seitenstraße geparkt, ging auch

Pros:

Dass uns eine freundliche Stimme an einem Mobiltelefon gegen Mitternacht über email und Apps ins Hotel geholfen hat - die Türen ließen sich sonst nicht öffnen..
Das überwiegend vermutlich asiatisch stämmige Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Eins vorweg: Das Hotel ist niemals ein 4-Sterne-Hotel!!!
Frühstück nur mäßig, Rührei trocken und kalt, der Scheibenkäse ist an den Rändern ausgetrocknet, keine frischen Früchte, etc
Überall auf den Fluren und in den Hotelzimmern Teppichboden - als Hausstauballergiker weiß man, was das heißt, Asthmaspray muss dann helfen.
Das Bad ist in Teilen reparaturbedürftig: Handdusche ließ sich nicht fixieren, der Halter drehte in der Runde, Silikon löste sich an verschiedenen Stellen auf.
Morgens war über einen längeren Zeitraum kein Mensch an der Rezeption zu finden.
Definitiv kein 4-Sterne-Hotel, vielleicht ein mittelklassiger Gasthof unter mäßigem Management.

Cons:

Das Zimmer Richtung Straße war sehr laut und das Fenster könnte daher nicht geöffnet werden. Die Klimatisierung war als Alternative leider auch nicht gerade leise.
