Topmodern - und sehr gutes Restaurant im Haus
Pros:

Erstklassig renovierte, topmoderne und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. Fenster sind derart gut gegen Schall gesichert, dass man auch im Zimmer zur Straße hin absolut nichts hört. Note 1+

Cons:

Lage an Lauter Straße. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster unmöglich!
Es fehlte eine Handtuchgarnitur, Klodeckel kaputt, Wasser Karaffe ohne Wasser.

Hotel mit ansprechendem Erscheinungsbild und ausbaubarem Service.
Pros:

Wir konnten ein frisch gestrichenes Zimmer beziehen. Die Betten waren bequem und das Zimmer sauber. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war zweckmäßig, aber etwas schlechter als in der Beschreibung beschrieben Die Mülleimer wurden täglich geleert. Seife und Duschgel waren vorhanden. Im Restaurant sowohl beim Abendessen wurden wir freundlich behandelt. Das Frühstück war zweckmäßig und für jeden war etwas dabei. Durch die Lage in Richtung Hinterhof war vom Verkehrslärm nichts mitzubekommen. Wir haben vor dem Hotel oder in der Tiefgarage immer einen Parkplatz gefunden.

Cons:

Leider hat das angefragte Zustellbett gefehlt und im Zimmer war nur 1 Satz Handtücher für 3 Personen bereit. Als wir dies an der Rezeption angefragt hatten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass man sich darum kümmert. Nach 1 Stunde haben wir diese Punkte nochmal adressiert und haben den Hinweis bekommen, dass das Sofa zu einem Bett umwandelbar ist. Nach dem Abendessen im Restaurant lag das zusätzliche Bettzeug bereit, musste aber von uns selbst bezogen werden. Beim täglichen Zimmerreinigen wurden die Handtücher getauscht, aber nicht auf die Personenanzahl aufgefüllt. Im Bad hat es leider sehr fischig gestunken, wenn die Lüftung länger lief. An beiden Nächten war nach 20 Uhr noch leichter Handwerkerlärm wie Hämmern und Streichen zu vernehmen, was jedoch bis 21 Uhr eingestellt wurde.
