Too noisy, cold and not clean
The toaster didn't work

Great location, outdated, in need of a major overall. Note, the third bed is a sun lounger. Grand for a lads wknd but would keep expectations low besides.
The host highly responded to our need. They showed up and fixed things fast
Spacious, clean and decently-priced studio apartment with a good view of the surrounding streets in the heart of inner city Sydney but with some areas of improvement needed.
For one thing, there's a chemical smell that appears in the room. It disappears if you open the balcony or run the airconditioner for 10 minutes but it would be great if the owner investigated the source and fixed the issue permanently. There's also a problem with the bathroom sink leaking water into the cabinets below which resulted in my toiletry supplies getting slightly wet and I had to dry them out.
Location is otherwise good, and you've got heaps of dining options and pubs nearby.
I would give this property no stars if I could. Absolutely Terrible and I’m still in constant shock from the near death experience from my 8 yr old son who almost fell to his death from the balcony. It’s being reported to appropriate authorities so if you have kids DO NOT let them out on the balcony as they can climb up.
Was close safe distance from the city.
Apartment was disclosed as 2 doubles and a single but there was only 2 doubles and a pull out hard bed from the wardrobe.. I booked for 5 people so not really ideal. Apartment was dirty and had dust, mold and broken lights.
Not enough toilet paper considering the length of stay.
Stunk horrifically so had to air it out.
Beds had weird plastic covers underneath the poorly laid sheets so very uncomfortable to sleep in.
Dish wise we had 1 bowl, 3 small glasses, 4 wine glasses, 4 coffee mugs, 3 medium sized plates and some utensils and pots and pans. For 5 people…have fun having cereal in a morning.
To top it off you can’t leave your bags with reception because they treat you like scum for renting an apartment that isn’t theirs so you can’t leave your bags there. Oh and the fire alarm kept getting set off in the building so we had to go down 14 flights of stairs quite frequently.
No keys at checkin. Needing to hassle clerk to assist and wait for 30 minutes
Roof top pool and spa , central location was good., plenty of towels and bedding all good. the unit was dated as in old so having a toddler there was hard as lots of glass and sharp edges, dead cockroach in the fridge, TV wouldnt work. overall good however would suggest not for small children

Filthy, greasy, moldy - even after the housekeeping was there. So we had to clean the apartment by ourselves..:( Location is top.
Booking and communication was fantastic. Location was perfect.
However there were quite a few misses in regards to cleanliness of the apartment and overall building.
A thorough clean of air conditioners as they were full of dust and left a burning smell.
In the bathroom ( lighting fixture & exhaust fan) when you turned on the light you had to wait for 2 minutes before it turns on, in that time it flickers on and off, the exhaust fan was compacted with dust so it didn’t work at all..
The Pool stairwell stank of stale urine and rotting garbage.
Overall our experience was disappointing however a good thorough clean of the apartment and it would have been a great the review.

Beautiful appartment, convenient location. Kind and friendly manager, Rupesh. Apartment is well-equipped and comfortable. It would even be better with a refurbishment, but it has everything needed. The terraces/rooftop with spa and swimming pool is amazing. Thank you for great service.
Excellent location but pore accomedation
Property itself good, pool, gym, spa great. Room not the best. Noisy, aircon poor, room smell not the best.
Aircon noisy couldn't sleep with it on in 30 degrees heat in a small room. Need to be better.
Convenient
I didn’t know this was a private apartment within Oaks Hotel, therefore we can not leave our luggage’s at the reception after check out, so need to prepare to take your luggage with you if leaving Sydney in the later time. Overall apartment is clean and convenient to many good and shopping within 10 mins walk and 5 mins to train station
