Pros:

Cons:

Из минусов: вид на стройку, грязные окна, шумно немного, старенький ремонт, биде протикает, в ванной весь пол был в воде после похода в душ.

Cons:

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The security guard instructed me to park my car on the pavement on the left side of the hotel, so I followed his directions. However, I ended up receiving a traffic fine of AED 510, which is actually more expensive than my entire hotel stay!

It is unacceptable for guests to be directed to park somewhere that could result in such a costly fine. The hotel should take responsibility for the instructions given by its security staff and ensure that guests are properly guided to safe and legal parking areas. This experience has left me extremely disappointed, and I would advise the hotel to improve its parking guidance to prevent other guests from facing the same issue.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

I absolutely loved everything about my stay, especially the comfort of the room. My room preferences were arranged perfectly, exactly as requested. The staff were professional and welcoming from the moment of check-in. I would also like to commend one of the housekeeping team members, Naushad, if I recall his name correctly, who delivered my request with exceptional professionalism and courtesy.

Honestly, this place feels like a second home to me, and I look forward to staying here again. Thank you to the entire team for making my experience so comfortable and memorable!

Cons:

I would like to suggest that a microwave be provided in this category of room to enhance convenience and improve the overall guest experience. Additionally, upgrading the television to a Smart TV with access to Netflix would provide guests with more entertainment options and make their stay even more enjoyable.
