The hotel was amazing overall and the staff was very helpful 😊😊
Pros:

The price was very perfect and the breakfast was exceptional also the views were astonishing.
And I would like to personally thank the staff especially Mr.Mohammed and a guy called abdelkareem he’s from Pakistan from what I remember at the front desk.

Cons:

The AC was annoying cause it sounded to loud and I couldn’t relax to the full potential however they could be fixed to help future guests.

Pros:

Мне очень понравилось пребывание в этой гостинице. Чувство действительно реальная когда о тебе заботиться кто-то посторонний совсем человек. Рецепшн вошла в мое положение, рано заселила и учла все особенности моего положения. Я очень рад, думаю я нашел то место куда я приеду еще раз!

موقع الفندق ممتاز وقريب من الخدمات والمطاعم. تعامل الموظفين ممتاز والخدمة كذلك. والإفطار متنوع يومياً وجربت اطباق متنوعه من مطابخ متعدده بشكل عام الافطار الصباحي جيد

سرير الاطفال الذي يكون مع الصوفه غير مريح بنسبة كبيرة وكذلك الأسرة الفندقية لم تكون بتلك الأريحية والنظافة مقبولة ولا توجد اللوازم الاساسية في دورات المياه فقط الصابون والشامبو

A very pleasant stay with exceptional service and genuinely attentive staff
Pros:

What stood out most during my stay was the exceptional service. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the room service was fast and went above and beyond my expectations.

It was the small touches that made a real difference whether it was providing a bathrobe when I requested fresh towels or bringing two bottles of water when I asked for one. These thoughtful details truly made me feel well taken care of.
