Bel hôtel bien situé
Pros:

L’emplacement, le hall d’accueil exceptionnel, les chambres un peu petite pour la catégorie mais sympa.

Cons:

Comme beaucoup d’hôtels aux états unis, l’insonorisation entre les chambres et l’extérieur, relativement bruyant.

Great location, great staff but small room with little hanging space - plus a musty smell
Pros:

Location is excellent. The bed was very comfortable and we didn’t notice too much noise within the hotel. The food in the Post Room was excellent and the service from staff was very good.

Cons:

There was a bad smell every time we entered the bedroom. Once we got used to it, it was fine, but I would expect that to have been sorted out as I now it has been mentioned in previous reviews.
There was only a hanging space of around a foot wide so we could only hang up 6 things. The room does have a safe and a fridge which was good but the lack of storage or a place for luggage wasn’t great. The shower leaked and the fixed head made showering without washing hair difficult.

La salle de bain très petite.

Absolutely miserable as well as scary !

It is beautiful when you walk in

Cons:

All night long people were screaming in the night like they were being murdered. It was not clean and when I called to the front desk to ask for things they were rude and acted like I was disturbing them. My smoke alarm was going off due to a low battery in the middle of the night. I was not relaxed at all. This is the worst stay I’ve had in my life !

Pros:

Staff is excellent! From valet to check in to cleaning. Rooms are as described, clean and charming. The 21st floor bar, lobby and post room are great for photos and can accomadate large groups. Rooms have clothing steamers that work great!

Cons:

Just a note. Some of these rooms have a sliding bathroom door instead of a closing style door and no fans in the bathroom.

Pros:

I had to do a last minute check in and came into the hotel to do so - Alma, at the front desk was super helpful and assisted be quickly and professionally. My room was excellent - clean, bright and nice view. The hotel bars such as the one downstairs and Starlite were also amazing - great staff, highly recommend to stay here.

Pros:

Bed was comfortable and room size was good! Hotel is centrally located in a decent enough area.

Cons:

Too much noise from outside from poorly sealed windows. Difficult to sleep when you can hear everything going on outside. I have stayed here twice now and each time I have moved rooms due to this issue. Sadly I will probably not return again as I do not think the noise issue can be resolved.
