Zeer comfortabel en prettig verblijf.
Pros:

Centraal gelegen in San Francisco, hotel is schoon en stijvol. Het personeel is zeer vriendleijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn comfortabel en voldoen aan alle moderne gemakken.

Très joli cadre, l’emplacement est top, la décoration est sympa. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le bar au dernier étage! L’équipe était très attentive.

Cons:

Beaucoup de bruit venant de la rue quand on est pas dans les étages les plus hauts, c’est un grand hôtel assez fréquenté.

Comfortable bed and spacious room. Room service is nice.

Cons:

Room keys don’t work well at all. They get demagnetized half the time. The hotel feels quite dark and feels old. No breakfast included. Location doesn’t feel super safe at night. Bathroom is very small and has no windows so it can stay quite humid for a while after you shower.
