Pros:

Breakfast was excellent with wide range of traditional food. Hospitality was good. Preeta, Richard in the reception, muthu in room service n ladies in the restaurant were exceptional in their service. I was bit apprehensive as I came with my young daughter but i was completely at home. Thank you chola heritage for making our stay memorable n pleasant.

Not happy about the stay
Pros:

Breakfast was good. I am not comfortable with the location.

Cons:

The rooms could have been more clean. Experienced little creatures inside the room
The hotel doesnt have its own restaurent. We have to order outside for lunch and for dinner we have to give prior information to them.

Pros:

A room looks nice. The staff are kind and helpful. The breakfast was buffet style with different south Indian dishes. There's a supermarket opposite the hotel.

Cons:

There were some misunderstandings because of the staff's limited English. The breakfast is late, starting at 8 and even then only some food is ready so you don't have much choice. The room is just a bed and a little side table so it's not too comfortable (especially if you consider its quite a high price).

Wonderful Stay
Pros:

Overall, it's a great resort for families. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast is excellent with delicious food. Although there is no swimming pool at the resort, the overall experience is very good.
