Pros:

A unique hotel full of character! There are lots of animals on the grounds, and we were even allowed to feed the parrots. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast was excellent—we loved trying a variety of Indian dishes.

The hotel also helped us arrange a wonderful English-speaking driver for our long journey the following day. We really enjoyed chatting with him, which made the trip even more pleasant.

Amazing and foreign friendly
Pros:

The staff members were excellent. So polite and so welcoming. A special mention to Preety from the Recption who made my stay fabulous. I have very good souvenir thanks to her and to the food I ate there. OMG: Best chettinad food I have tasted in my life. And the breakfast was amazing. I was sad to leave that place. I am a lady travelling alone and I was a little worried but everyone made my stay and vaction such a pleasure. I felt so secure and happy

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent with wide range of traditional food. Hospitality was good. Preeta, Richard in the reception, muthu in room service n ladies in the restaurant were exceptional in their service. I was bit apprehensive as I came with my young daughter but i was completely at home. Thank you chola heritage for making our stay memorable n pleasant.

Not happy about the stay
Pros:

Breakfast was good. I am not comfortable with the location.

Cons:

The rooms could have been more clean. Experienced little creatures inside the room
The hotel doesnt have its own restaurent. We have to order outside for lunch and for dinner we have to give prior information to them.
