Cons:

Scam. I arrived the hour after check in started, the lady told me that they cancelled my booking cause the card was declined. Not true, even the prepayment not needed, they simply gave the room to someone. She told me I can stay if pay 40 usd more and not with booking.com. They don't mind to cancel any time and they wanna get more money and to pay to booking.com. The motel looks terrible and many suspicious people are strolling around and inside. I went to other one nearby and was great. Avoid!

NIce room very clean
Pros:

Very clean room great air conditioning (it was 99 in Merced that day) Good supply of soap, shampoo, etc.

Cons:

The coffee maker was broken and I missed my coffee. It was too early to bother staff about this. (5:00 a.m)

Pros:

Affordable option during a road trip and visit to Yosemite. The room is cozy, but comfortable & has the necessities. The motel is adjacent to the highway & the railroad tracks, so expect some noise. But overall, the staff were friendly & welcoming & I had a good experience.
