Die Grösse der Räumlichkeiten, der Stil und das Konzept.

Cons:

Das Fernsehprogramm wirde durch ausgestiegene Verbindung immer wieder unterbrochen. Nach 15 min und 10 unterbrüchen mühsam.

Tolles Hotel mit Potential nach oben.
Pros:

Lage war super und auch das Personal war super zuvorkommend und sehr bemüht.

Cons:

Leider ist in dem neuen Teil in dem wir untergebracht waren noch nicht alles wie es soll. Wir hatten das tolle zimmer 007 in dem aber
Klima und auch Belüftung nicht funktionierten.
Haben in der Nacht eine Zimmertemperatur von 25 Grad und konnten nicht lüften.
Haben am nächsten Tag das Zimmer gewechselt was alles auch perfekt funktionierte.
Aber wir mussten die 1. Nacht voll bezahlen obwohl dieser Mangel sehr erheblich war. Sehr schade.

Der absolute Luxus in dieser Preiskategorie in der Schweiz.
Pros:

Dieses Hotel ist für mich ein absolute Ausnahme, denn hier stimmt alles. Es beginnt mit der Anfahrt. Die Lage liegt nahe an der Autobahn. Man kann zu fuß ins Zentrum von Wil kommen (20 min). Es gibt ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Haus und auch gebührenpflichtige in der TG. Es gibt die Möglichkeit online einzuchecken aber zu den Öffnungszeiten ist auch die Rezeption besetzt. Das Personal im gesamten Haus ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls überdurchschnittlich gut eingerichtet. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank, eine Kaffeemaschine, kostenloses WLAN, Luxusbad, tolle Matratzen und einen bestuhlten Balkon. Das reichhaltige Frühstück ist im Preis inkludiert und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt einen tollen Fitness-Raum und eine Terrasse mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Das Restaurant kann ich auch nur empfehlen. Es ist für jeden Geschmack was dabei.

Cons:

Es hat mir nicht gefallen, dass ich nach drei Nächten schon wieder abreisen musste. Was auch schlecht war, dass meine geliebte Frau nicht dabei war, denn das Hotel hätte ich auch sehr gefallen. Ich hoffe, dass wenige Leute meine Bewertung lesen und das Hotel von Rotz ein Geheimtipp bleibt.
