Pros:

El lugar es precioso, todos los detalles bien cuidados y el personal muy amable y servicial.

Cons:

Al ser un hotel ecológico con energía solar no hay aire acondicionado. El acceso a la playa (sobre todo la vuelta) es algo difícil

We loved the design of the room and the connection you had with nature.
We had a couple of really nice and quite days. Nice pool and facilities. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful.

Cons:

Although the food was very tasty, some of the prices felt quite high compared to similar places and accommodations. It felt a bit uncomfortable that they asked to leave tips for everything, on top of the standard charges (this was the only hotel in Mexico we experienced this during our 3 weeks travel)

Beautiful, private jungle retreat with lovely staff, a peaceful escape overall
Pros:

The property is beautiful, a little cocoon in the jungle while still being close to town. It’s the perfect place to disconnect and unwind. The privacy is excellent, and the staff are amazing, warm, and very friendly. A truly special stay! There is a beach a walk down from the hill stairs from the resort- but possibly the best and most exotic beach in the area.

Cons:

A couple of things to keep in mind. The property is quite inconvenient to reach from Mazunte town, it’s not within walking distance and there’s no shuttle service. We found it difficult to get a taxi at times. Also, it’s best to visit during cooler months, as the property can get uncomfortably warm during the day, and being an eco property, there is no air conditioning!

View from the room was spectacular. The staff were amazing!

Cons:

I had a skunk come into my room and spray. Also the property is remote and very spread out. Feels empty which can be nice but very quiet.

Wunderschönes Paradies direkt am Meer
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt, genau wie auf den Fotos gezeigt, total abgelegen wunderschön auf den Klippen am Meer. Man kann total abschalten, sich wohlfühlen, die Zimmer sind geräumig genug und komplett offen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und es gibt einen Platz zum Yoga machen. Das ganze Ambiente ist einzigartig und fühlt sich an wie eine andere Welt. Es gibt einen Fussweg direkt zum Strand runter und 2 Pools. Wir haben ein vergünstigtes Upgrade während unseres Aufenthalts bekommen, in ein noch schöneres Zimmer.

Cons:

Die Preise im Restaurant sind sehr hoch. Wir haben das Hotel nicht verlassen und als Paar, ohne Alkohol über die 5 Tage nochmal den Preis von 2 Nächten nur über die Mahlzeiten ausgegeben. Man muss dazu sagen, das Essen war sehr gut. Aber mitten im Dschungel 4,50€ für einen Kaffee zu bezahlen war sehr überraschend. Wenn man ein Auto hat, kann man damit allerdings auch jederzeit woanders hinfahren zum Essen, wir haben uns einfach entschieden, es nicht zu tun.

Pros:

Zwei Pools, Design - Holz und Beton, tolle Möbel, Pflegeprodukte gut, offenes Konzept des Zimmers, Yoga Raum. Checkin sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Bepflanzungen sind sehr schön und geben insbesondere in den Trockenzeit dem Ganzen eine grüne Atmosphäre. :) trotz des offenen Konzepts viel Privatsphäre.

Cons:

Poolhandtücher hatten bessere Qualität als Handtücher im Zimmer, Service sehr langsam und gar nicht proaktiv. Drinks brauchen eine knappe Stunde. Etwas müssig für ein Hotel dieser Klasse. Man läuft viel durch den Dreck.

The access road from the town is definitely steep and washed out in parts. Be careful if you rented a car with low clearance!

Magique et ressourçant.
Pros:

Super hôtel,
équipe accueillante, lieu magique au milieu de la nature - très paisible et isolé, mais finalement à proximité de la ville et de la plage, donc super pour se balader.
Lieu super ressourçant.
Il est dommage de ne pas avoir accès à du thé / café en illimité - je comprends qu'il n'y ai pas de machines dans les chambres pour les questions écologiques du lieu, mais je pense qu'un accès au café et thé gratuitement permettrait de palier à cela, car pour le coup chaque demande est payante.
Mis à part cela, j'ai vraiment adoré et rêve d'y retourner.
