Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Zwei Pools, Design - Holz und Beton, tolle Möbel, Pflegeprodukte gut, offenes Konzept des Zimmers, Yoga Raum. Checkin sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Bepflanzungen sind sehr schön und geben insbesondere in den Trockenzeit dem Ganzen eine grüne Atmosphäre. :) trotz des offenen Konzepts viel Privatsphäre.

Cons:

Poolhandtücher hatten bessere Qualität als Handtücher im Zimmer, Service sehr langsam und gar nicht proaktiv. Drinks brauchen eine knappe Stunde. Etwas müssig für ein Hotel dieser Klasse. Man läuft viel durch den Dreck.

Cons:

The access road from the town is definitely steep and washed out in parts. Be careful if you rented a car with low clearance!

Magique et ressourçant.
Pros:

Super hôtel,
équipe accueillante, lieu magique au milieu de la nature - très paisible et isolé, mais finalement à proximité de la ville et de la plage, donc super pour se balader.
Lieu super ressourçant.
Il est dommage de ne pas avoir accès à du thé / café en illimité - je comprends qu'il n'y ai pas de machines dans les chambres pour les questions écologiques du lieu, mais je pense qu'un accès au café et thé gratuitement permettrait de palier à cela, car pour le coup chaque demande est payante.
Mis à part cela, j'ai vraiment adoré et rêve d'y retourner.

Si eres amante de la naturaleza te va a encantar. Es una experiencia, incluido el check in con su ritual, el recepcionista muy amable. Pasamos 2 noches suficiente

Cons:

Para los precios que manejan en el restaurante (iguales que en París, ahí vivimos), el servicio en el restaurante podría mejorar. Comimos todo en el hotel y mi novio se intoxicó. Estamos seguros fue una pizza de camarón con pulpo (recomendación del recepcionista) Lo comentamos en la recepción y también festejábamos nuestro aniversario por lo cual esperábamos algún gesto pero solamente la mesera nos dijo “feliz aniversario”. No pudimos cenar la última noche ya que mi novio estaba vomitando.
Si te dan miedo los insectos y arañas no es para ti. El que no tenga aire acondicionado en enero es tolerable pero no imagino en verano. Las habitaciones tienen muros con hoyos entre la naturaleza y habitación los cuales me parece se podría mejorar con un mosquitero

Exceptionnel, vivement notre prochain séjour

Superbe expérience : chambre sublime, lit très confortable, vue à couper le souffle, très bon réseau wifi sur toute la propriété, personnel très sympathique et attentionné, piscine et parties communes très propres et bien décorées, les restaurants et les bars sont très bons. Etc.
Nous avions hâte de revenir !

Cons:

Rien.
Les chemins qui mènent à l’hôtel pourraient être améliorés / entretenus pour faciliter l’accès. Mais je suppose que cela fait partie du charme de Mazunte.

Gorgeous place in the middle of nature.
Pros:

Beautiful estate, with rooms in the middle of nature. You can really rest well here. Service was top notch. They went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.

Cons:

The roads leading up to the property are a bit tricky, especially at night, but that’s something that can be easily overcome.

Cocolia has an amazing location in the middle of the jungle. The bungalows are beautifully organized and create a unique atmosphere. The staff was outstanding and the manager was super kind in helping us with transfers and other stuff.
