Freundliches und kompetentes Personal, Reichhaltiges gutes Frühstück, Super-Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Schöne Aussicht.

Cons:

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, und verwohnt. Parken gegen Gebühr.

Prix abordable toutes les conditions était favorable sauf le problème du chauffage

La propreté et la disponibilité des employés

Cons:

Le chauffage était allumé tr la nuit a une température très haute
Nous n’avons pas dormis du tout
Mon fils qui avait une participation sportive le lendemain était très fatigué

Tolles renoviertes "Turm Zimmer" mit mega grüne Aussicht bis zum Rhein in der 11. Etage
Danke für das tolle Upgrade zu meinem Geburtstag. Schöne grüne Umgebung.
Sehr freundlicher Herr und Dame an der Rezeption sowie im Frühstücksraum.
Gutes Frühstücks Angebot ab 6.30
Kostenfreie Bademäntel für die Sauna an der Rezeption erhältlich

Cons:

In das Hotel wurde schon kräftig investiert....siehe Rezeptionsbereich und renovierte Hotelzimmer vermutlich in den oberen Bereich....aber:
Der untere Wellness Bereich, die Außenfassade u.s.w. trüben den Gesamteindruck erheblich.
Leider keine E Auto Ladestation AC / DC vorhanden.

Für eine Nacht okay. Wäre zu pflegen die Anlage, wir wussten aber dass die Anlage in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Gut für einen Städtetrip aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und hatte auch eine Auswahl.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war aus dem Jahr 1980. Es gibt bestimmt renovierte Zimmer. Für Familien leider nicht :(

Pros:

Frühstück war gut , man hat genug Auswahl.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Hatten ein superior Familienzimmer, diese sind wohl nicht renoviert, laut Rezeption .Zimmer war sehr abgewohnt, nicht ordentlich sauber. Das Badezimmer mit kleiner Dusche und einem ekligen Duschvorhang. Waschtisch sehr niedrig angebracht . Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Pros:

Beautiful Surroundings.
Everything is relatively spacious.
Breathtaking view from balcony
Very kids friendly

Pros overweigh the cons!

Cons:

The hotel is something between outdated and super outdated. ISDN cables on the rooms. Walls crumbling down. It feels like the house of my granddad (which is also located at the rhine)
Public transport is availably but scarce
Breakfast is not suitable for 4 stars hotel
