Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal im Speisesaal sehr bemüht und freundlich

Cons:

Das Hotel benötigt dringend eine Sanierung.Überall abgebrochener Beton und rostigen Eisen sichtbar.
Das Badezimmer einfach nur alt,defekt und schmutzig....der Föhn war bei Anreise in einem gefährlichen Zustand, was aber umgehend beseitigt wurde.
Unfähigens Personal an der Rezeption. Trotz online Check-in benötigte man 20 Minuten um meine Buchung im System zu finden.
Nach 2 Tagen war die Zimmerkarte jeden Abend gesperrt !!!!!!....diesen Fehler schaffte man nich erst nach 3 Tagen zu beseitigen.
Unterschiedlich hohe Matratzen im Bett.

Locatie is top.
Personen van de receptie waren aardig en professioneel.

Cons:

Bij het ontbijt vroeg niemand met hoeveel personen we zijn.
Toen we zaten werden de andere gasten we gevraagd naar kamernummer en werden geholpen bij het vinden van geschikte tafel.
Ook deden een blond dame van het restaurant onaardige tegen ons. Mss tip opleiding volgen hoe more gaan met kids.

Er werd niet verteld dat je via een Qr code het schoonmaken moet aanvragen. Je kon het raam niet verduisteren het had maar 1 half gordijn?

Prima hotel! Kamers heel school. Ontbijt top!

Hygiëne, bedconform, ontbijt

Cons:

We waren met z’n vieren maar er lag alleen voor 3 personen aan beddengoed. Dit hebben we bij de receptie gemeld en kregen netjes alsnog mee.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit kl., alten Bädern, teilweise defektem Laminat (über Teppichboden verlegt). Teppichboden vor den Aufzügen mit umverklebten u. welligen Bereichen.
