It was wonderful and relaxing
Pros:

Great location, great room.

Cons:

Mattress was not very comfortable. Thats it. Thats the end of my complaints.

We stayed in one of the Seahorse rooms facing the ocean and it was nothing short of breathtaking!
Pros:

The location, the view, the deck with the table and chairs... it was perfection! Also, Adam at reception has the patience of a saint! I heard him deal with a difficult person and he was very professional and super friendly without missing a beat! Madison was also amazing when we checked in. She was very friendly and very accommodating.

Cons:

There was a lot of stomping on the second floor, but only for the last 2 nights of our stay. I don't think that the hotel staff could've done anything about that.

New experience in San Clemente
Pros:

Although I originally had reservations at the Casa Tropicana, I was unable to stay due to inability to climb stairs to my third story room. When I went to the office to say I couldn't stay, they offered to switch me to another property. Although there were still stairs, they were more manageable and I had a wonderful room. The office personnel were friendly and helpful and I enjoyed my stay.

So enjoyed the unit-the deck with endless ocean view was perfect.
Pros:

Location is perfect. Parking is a big plus. I would definitely return. This is the perfect location for a SoCal beach excursion. Well appointed studio with a great deck.

The layout of the villa room , we like the villa layout of the room above us but it was already taken. We were fine but prefer the layout of 5-6.

Beautiful!
Pros:

The location is prime right across from the beach yet comfortably uncrowded. The noise level was at a minimum allowing for a restful night.

Wonderful place to eat
Pros:

Very nice place with beautiful views of the ocean. Food was great and we were there for over 3 hours and the waitress was so nice to tell us to enjoy ourselves.

Lovely, convenient and very restful
Pros:

The location was ideal, with a spectacular view of the beach.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small and confining. There was no air conditioning and since I was on the ground floor I didn't feel comfortable leaving the window open at night.

A much-needed mini vacation that was absolutely perfect. The staff was awesome.
