New experience in San Clemente
Pros:

Although I originally had reservations at the Casa Tropicana, I was unable to stay due to inability to climb stairs to my third story room. When I went to the office to say I couldn't stay, they offered to switch me to another property. Although there were still stairs, they were more manageable and I had a wonderful room. The office personnel were friendly and helpful and I enjoyed my stay.

So enjoyed the unit-the deck with endless ocean view was perfect.
Pros:

Location is perfect. Parking is a big plus. I would definitely return. This is the perfect location for a SoCal beach excursion. Well appointed studio with a great deck.

Lovely view and amenities for a few days stay!
Pros:

View and access to beach chairs and towels was fantastic. Gentlemen at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Beautiful!
Pros:

The location is prime right across from the beach yet comfortably uncrowded. The noise level was at a minimum allowing for a restful night.

Wonderful place to eat
Pros:

Very nice place with beautiful views of the ocean. Food was great and we were there for over 3 hours and the waitress was so nice to tell us to enjoy ourselves.

Lovely, convenient and very restful
Pros:

The location was ideal, with a spectacular view of the beach.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small and confining. There was no air conditioning and since I was on the ground floor I didn't feel comfortable leaving the window open at night.

A much-needed mini vacation that was absolutely perfect. The staff was awesome.

Pros:

The staff was friendly and accommodating! I received a call the day before my stay and was offered a free upgrade to a most beautiful suite! We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely return again and again!
