One week in paradise. Reviews are key for the staff so let me start with the people that made our time OUTSTANDING,
The wait staff,
Eduardo, Filoberto, Ricardo, Adrian, Francisco and Rubi. From breakfast to lunch and dinner. This team is outstanding. These are the people that you interact with the most and they are fantastic. Next the Bar tenders, great people who make the drinks from Andrea and the afternoon individual. I apologize for not getting his name. We made gin and tonics together and he is the man. Ivonne and old friend from the Fiesta was up at LARC and she helped ensure we had a wonderful time. Special thanks to Fabiola the restaurant manager and Ameyali the front desk manager. Finally, is the chief Alexis and the second chief that we did not meet. The food was excellent. Alexis was able to bring in some red snapper for my wife as she did not care for the local fish. The steak at LARC was some of the best I have had.
What makes LARC Los Cabos great,
This is a small property, private, gated, with a great view of the ocean. The pools are fantastic, with plenty of great seating for all guests. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating and of course pool food. The kitchen is a scratch kitchen so they can make almost anything if they have the food source. They will also modify any dish on the menu. We opted for all-inclusive, which I highly recommend if you are there for a week or less. There is a fire pit and bar on the upper patio for great evening drinking and views.
Ubers can drive right up to the front entrance (not common for all properties).
It is a 7-minute easy walk to the new Anima shopping village which is still under construction but has many high-end stores open. My wife had a wonderful time shopping.
Since LARC and FAVC are sister companies you have access to everything at the larger FAVC property. There are free carts that drive you between the properties. You have full access to the beaches, pools, restaurants, spas, bars, clubs everything.
Then you can head back up to LARC to enjoy the quiet time and fine dining.
I always seem to miss some people (like the young lady that helped me with buying the copper turtle) so I apologize for forgetting your name.
The last person I would like to mention is our good friend Vidal V from the sales department. Over the years we have become friends and when we are in town, he always makes time to come see us. If you are interested in getting into this kind of vacationing or upgrading your LARC/FAVC portfolio I highly recommend you ask for Vidal. He has always been honest, upfront, and easy to work with for us. When we have any questions, we drop him a line and he always finds the answers for us.

Apartments are amazing, lots of space., food was great. The staff was the best.

We have been coming to Cabo and staying at Live Aqua for the last 10 years!! You can not find a better atmosphere or service anywhere that compares to this amazing place! The food the service the views are incredible!! We LOVE this place and will ONLY come here!!

Our recent stay at Live Aqua Beach Resort Los Cabos was, once again, absolutely fabulous. We’ve been coming here since the resort first opened, and were loyal guests of Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos All Inclusive Golf & Spa for years prior. Each and every visit, Live Aqua continues to elevate the quality and overall experience.
Before we even arrived, we were contacted to ensure everything would be smooth and delightful — and that level of care carried throughout our stay. Lynette and Marysol always go above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable and well taken care of. Their attention to detail truly makes a difference and keeps us coming back.
We noticed several updates during this visit. The addition of more English TV channels, though a small touch, was definitely appreciated. Room service was excellent — fast, fresh, and delicious every time. The new wrist key fob system for the residence doors was a great upgrade as well, making it easy to access our room without carrying a key card around.
The rooms were spotless and meticulously cleaned daily. Not just the rooms, but the entire resort — from the pools to the landscaping — is beautifully maintained. The beach area remains peaceful and soothing. While the beach cabanas still don’t have power outlets (maybe one day!), they are still one of our favorite places to relax. Between Live Aqua and Grand Fiesta Americana, there are so many pools and areas to unwind that you can always find the perfect vibe.
Dining continues to impress. The new menu items at the restaurant Mai were tasteful and well prepared. We also enjoyed visiting the variety of restaurants on the Fiesta Americana side — every meal was top notch. We took advantage of access to The Grand Club, where Antonio was incredibly accommodating and made sure we fully enjoyed all the amenities.
There were many new faces this trip, which was a welcome addition, while still seeing familiar staff members who always make us feel at home. Marcus, Eduardo, Lynette, Marysol, and others whose names we’re still learning were all fantastic.
What stands out most is that we always feel safe, welcomed, and genuinely appreciated here. That’s what makes this resort so special. Live Aqua continues to step up its game every time we visit, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay.

The Live Aqua residences is top notch! It was our first time at Cabos, we had a really tough time choosing where to stay from the MANY options offered, and we didn’t know what to expect of the trip. We chose Live Aqua and it’s an understatement to say that we’ve been more than pleasantly surprised by the whole experience, amazing and secluded location with no noice and beautiful landscapes and gardens, incredible (never seen before) service from the whole crew solving all your problems and needs instantly with the best predisposition, super beautiful house with its own pool that we could set the temperature, and super easy access to a beautiful beach with the golf cart transfers. Can’t wait to come back!

This is a fabulous place to enjoy as a couple or family! We’ve been traveling as a family every year to Live Aqua Los Cabos since they opened. We appreciate the accommodations, peacefulness and most of all the people who work there. The cleanliness and food quality are outstanding.

Very clean and amazing service

Live Aqua is a touch expensive but there are no complaints. I am sure you will not find a cleaner more clean obsessed staff anywhere. The staff is friendly and always meet you wth a smile. The resort is very small and quiet which is nice when you’re a senior.If you want more action ,you have access to the Grand Fiesta Americana which is a two minute ride on a golf cart. The staff are continuously taking guests back and forth. Live Aqua has one restaurant while fiesta has 6 or 7. Fiesta is a large resort right on the water with a nice beach. (You can google it .)
The Live Aqua i believe has 35 condo units that vary in size. Ours is a one bedroom which is around 900 sq feet.
If i were to criticize anything, it would be the condo doesn’t have a Coffey pot but instead has nespressos. Room service has been a bit shakey,for us . (Fiesta has a Starbucks)

All in all, Live Aqua is extremely clean and quiet with extremely polite courteous staff. Isn’t that what counts !!!

Beautiful property with fabulous service! This was a wonderful trip from poolside to the 3-bedroom unit with hot tub.
The on-site restaurant, Mai, served incredible food and had something for everyone in the group. Shout-out to Chef Jorge and Adrian at Mai, Jorge and Victor (carts), and all the amazing housekeepers.

Alex and staff waited on us with such care. Service was speedy. Food was amazing. I could not wait for breakfast each day and request Alex.

Manaces, Angel, and Alex Santos were amazing waiters for breakfast every morning. Great smiles and service all around!

The staff and amenities are exceptional. Especially Aidee and her cheerful personality in the morning, and Andrey and his bartending skills, it made our week-stay an enjoying and relaxing experience.

We had such a great time thanks to our bartender Andrey — he was incredibly nice, fun, and hardworking. You could tell he genuinely enjoyed what he does and made everyone feel welcome. The drinks were great, but his energy and kindness made the experience unforgettable. Andrey is the best!

We just spent the most relaxing,rewarding,and rejuvenating 5 days at Live Aqua Cabo! It is by far the best of the best.Its small size allows all the staff in every position to completely focus on the one thing that is most important when on vacation: Taking care of guests, making sure you have all that you need and allowing you the opportunity to just enjoy the moments!
It starts at the top with the manager,Mr. Francisco Garcia. He stepped in and has carried on the warm, hospitable, and welcoming feel that has long been a tradition at Live Aqua Cabo. From check in to check out there is not a single staff member that is too busy to help satisfy what you have come for, a pampered enjoyable stay where you are their number one priority and your comfort with fantastic food, drink and attention is all they seek. If this alone isn’t enough, in just a short 2 minute golf cart ride you can enjoy Fiesta Grand Los Cabos which is a beachfront hotel with every amenity and activity you would ever desire. All also available for your use!
We love to live the Live Aqua Life! It is what makes a vacation a fond memory and future visits a forward desire!
