The front desk staff was great - very helpful and friendly. The rooms were quiet- couldn’t hear neighbors at all.

Cons:

It looked like the floor hadn’t been vacuumed in the room, there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and the shower wasn’t very clean. Dust on the nightstand. The pool was dirty. The public restroom on the first floor was dirty. Some things looked dirty because they were simply outdated and need to be replaced.

This hotel needs to loose its franchise as a comfort inn.

Cons:

It was very dirty. Carpets were frayed, wall paper peeling, the surfaces were sticky and chipped. Even the towels were stained.

The location was great, and the inside was better than expected. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The outside desperately needs landscaped, it looks almost abandoned. There are weeds everywhere, many have to be almost 3 feet tall. We were actually mad when we arrived, thought it was going to be a disaster, but the staff is friendly and the hotel itself is clean inside and the room was. A pleasant surprise, very clean, modern and comfortable.
