Exhaust fan could’ve worked and it needed skid strips in the bathtub. It was very slippery.
Nothing.
After 2 hours in the room we discovered there were bed bugs in our room. On the mattress and curtains. Hotel couldn't refund my money for the room when we checked out immediately after finding bed bugs. Did not offer any help with finding another place to stay. Attempted to contact Booking.com about incident and no help canceling reservation nor returning money. Hopefully PayPal can get my money refunded.
Staff was nice
Housekeeping never cleaned our room even after requested.
Clean, friendly staff
Breakfast wasn’t the best
Very clean and staff were so polite
Not enough baggage carts for amount of guests on weekend
It was well maintained and clean, easy access in and out for everything I want to do
Everything was nice. I have no complaints.
I love the peacefulness and warmth. Jacqueline really did her very best to make sure I had comfortable stay.
The room was comfortable and clean. We stay here every year and this is the first we've had issues
We were on the first floor and our window seemed to be broken and when the wind was blowing it sounded like someone was standing in our room with a whistle because it was constant while the wind was blowing. Also the floor around the window was wet in assuming from the window being broken and leaking
Check in/late night staff not very welcoming. A bit shabby in the lobby area. That said, rooms were comfortable and all requests were accommodated. Didn’t care for location. Did not eat breakfast because there were not very healthy options - fruit would be a nice addition. Loud air unit in the room.
This place is clean and comfortable. Stayed 2x. Both times it was excellent.
Location was good.
The continental breakfast was below par. The eggs were cold with zero flavor. There were 2 kinds of sausage together but half looked raw. The bananas they offer were so brown that you could barely see any yellow.
The room facilities did not work. We brought this to their attention while we stepped out. When we came back, the issue was not fixed. The bathroom door did not shut entirely.
I will not stay there again.
Very convenient to Presque Isle Park. The rooms were nice and we did not use the pool but it looked clean and safe.
Room was humid but cool.
The staff was wonderful. Pleasant, professional, accommodating. Wish they worked with me.
Our room was great. Comfy sheets and bed.
Bathroom was spotless.
Pool was great. Clean, plenty of chairs, tables, and loungers.
As our room had a side view of the busy road outside, a room-darkening drape would have been helpful.
The pool was excellent. The staff were nice. And the breakfast was good.
The eating area was clean.
The rooms were not that clean. The bathroom, in particular was kind of gross. The toilet seat was old and peeling. The bath tub was not cleaned out from the previous users. The bathroom floor was crowded with spider webs and dirt in the corners. I was afraid to walk barefoot in the bathroom or anywhere, actually.
There were no comforters on the bed. I froze at night. And my husband's pillow did not have a cover sheet.
