Los cuartos son muy limpios y camas cómodas la cocina bien equipada.

Cons:

Hay demasiado zancudo que entran al cuarto recomiendo fumigar en la naturaleza y limpiar las aguas estancadas para que no sean tanto.

La habitación estaba bien..

Cons:

Llegamos y todo estaba apagado.. Oscuro.. Cerrado... A las 18.15 de la tarde... Tuvimos que llamar por teléfono al guarda, el hombre vino nos dio las llaves de la habitación...
Al entrar comprobamos que sólo había 1 cama, cuando hablamos pedido 2...Tras volver a llamar, tuvimos que sacar una cama de debajo de la principal... Y hacerla nosotros....
No me parece normal....
En la reserva ponía 2 camas, y deberían haber Estado preparadas....

Toller Pool, gute Lage, gutes, sauberes Zimmer, viele Tiere im Garten

Cons:

Möbel allerdings veraltet, genau so die Dusche, zusätzlich kein Frühstück...der Bürgersteig ist so gemacht, dass es ab und zu laut wurde, wenn Leute mit Koffern liefern oder die Putzfrauen mit ihren Wägen. Am besten schön glatt machen damit es nicht so laut ist

Pros:

Spacious room with kitchen facilities. Close to beach.

Cons:

Could not pay with credit card. Cards would not work on their system despite using same cards immediately before and after trying to pay. Hotel insisted it was our cards and not their system which was nonsense. Would not let us into our room until we got cash from an ATM and paid. The hotel needs better systems and attitude.

Great hideaway, well-priced gem in heart of Jaco
Pros:

I've been to Jaco twice now and never saw this hotel, mainly because it's in an alleyway that is easy to miss if you don't pay attention. I'm VERY HAPPY to have stayed there! This hotel is rather simple, in that there are no "luxury" amenities like infinity pools, bar pool, exotic gardens, etc. but that's what makes it so special. You get good-sized rooms (bungalow style), each a unit in itself, with a small kitchen with big fridge and bar-like seating counter. Bathroom could be a bit bigger, but shower is plenty big. Plenty of windows and AC works fine. TV was present but I never turned it on. Nice sitting area in front with rattan chairs and table. Pool was small but nice to take a dip in, and the garden area around the complex was relaxing and gave a peaceful ambience to the property, especially when you consider that it lies in the heart of bustling Jaco! Finally, the price paid for the location was excellent. The beach is only a two minute walk from the hotel, maximum. Jaco's main strip is half a block away, so position is exceptional. Overall, I'll be looking for Tropical Garden Hotel when I return to Jaco. Without hesitation.

Cons:

My only complaint is that the room needs more lighting in the bedroom area. The kitchen and bathroom are plenty bright but there's only a small tableside lamp to light the entire bed area! Not sufficient. The kitchen lights do illuminate the bedroom but it's still dark to read there. A simple light above the bed, or on the fan, would be needed.
