Ideal location, right next to the Haturim light rail station or walking distance from Yitzchak Navon train station if you are taking the train from the airport. Very accommodating staff, the bed was large and comfortable. Good breakfast.
The room was a bit dusty, and there is some construction opposite, but should not bother you if you're out in the day.
Amazing service, very caring staff. Rooms are clean, beautiful, exactly like on the website. Breakfast is delicious — highly recommended.
I often stay here, coming back every few weeks. The reception is great and the guy gave me a extra few hours for check out
Always a pleasure, truly one of the best hotels in Jerusalem
I liked the location. Very close to Mahne Yehuda market, and we've done great walking from the hotel to the old city by foot. There's also the tram very close for those who don't wish to walk.
The staff was friendly, the breakfast was ok, and our room was upgraded to a bigger room without us asking for it, THANK YOU.
There's a serious issue with the AC. It's either on heating or cooling for the the whole hotel. Guests cannot switch between modes, and it's an issue because we arrived in a very hot day (more than 30 degrees Celsius) in the early spring, and the AC was set on heating and could not be changed. Worse than that, noise isolation is indeed very good when the window is closed. But in such a warm day, one must open the window to get some fresh air.. but there's impossible noise of the close-by train and other noise producers..
The Spa is available only if you purchase a treatment.
The breakfast was pretty good, but for the Shakshuka (which is made of eggs and tomato mash) is seems that the mash has (way too much) sugar in its ingridients, which made the Shakshuka sweet - and it shouldn't.
The location and room were old fashioned but great.
The dining room couldn't handle the guests and it was a disgrace.
We had an amazing experience staying at the hotel! Very friendly staff, especially the front desk staff were extremely helpful and attended to all of our needs.
Very good location but difficult to approach entrance.
Breakfast was good with every possible variety as every other Israeli hotel
Getting into parking lot was cumbersome but not terrible.
Had to call receptionist and have them open gate to enter
But plenty of parking availability I'm underground pkg lot
