Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Los Angeles LAX/El Segundo

I had to write an exceptional review since I'm a regular here, and I really need to point out two of your AMAZING front desk agents. I came in a couple nights ago and the key cards weren't working at the doors. You had Luis and David at the front multi tasking like crazy. And I had to check in at around 8pm. They were on it keeping guests satisfied and kept apologizing when they didn't really need to, on top of escorting guests to their rooms. Maybe there were a handful of guests that were just irate about the situation but hey, it happens but Luis and David were both very patient and kept showing excellent customer service to everyone. And on top of that, as I woke up in the morning, they both showed up to work which had to be at a time where they probably didn't get much sleep at night, unless management offered them rooms for the night, but they still showed up, showed out, and looked very well rested to start the day. Hats to the both of them, and to the rest of the team that night. Thank you for all you do and I appreciate you both.

Good value, breakfast was quite ok. Good location close to LAX.

空港までのシャトルバスがあり便利でした。また、In N Outバーガーやその他飲食店、スーパー（Ralphs）がすぐ近くにあったので、出国前に一泊するのにぴったりのホテルでした。

Airport transfer and location

We stayed at this hotel using a day pass. I went to drop the rental car, and my wife and child were meant to take the shuttle bus. The 7 pm bus on Saturday left without any passengers. My wife was told to wait in reception but the driver did not come in and left witjout picking anybody up. If you are using this hotel for shuttles to the airport, please take care and leave plenty of time, because the service is not reliable.

We stayed for 1 night and the staff were so very welcoming and helpful specifically. David and Larry. They assisted me with parking and even gave us all a popsicle for 4th of july. The room was clean and surprisingly large. Enough room for 3 of us. And the location was amazing. The shuttle to the airport was as easy as can be. Will definitely book again

Comfortable, clean room. Good breakfast with both hot and cold selections. Great location for a layover between flights. Good shuttle service to/from LAX. Convenient to nearby restaurants.

I loved that the staff was so happy and friendly, they interacted with each other, you could tell they liked their job. Very supportive of each other and the hotel. Helpful in making recommendations for food in the area.
