The breakfast was really good, room was very clean.
The small refrigerator has lots of ice build up and leaking water out while its melting.
That it has a bed other than that No aircondition. And 50% compensation they mentioned never applied. Paid $300 for 1 night and experience was bad. This is the first marriott hotel I ever experience this.
No AC and compensation that was promised not applied. They said they sent it to an account that was not even under my name or booking account. Called booking.com and said they never received a note from the hotel about the Discount. Traveled 20 hrs flight just to experience this.
Nearby many restaurants
The floor on the shower room has some brown dots. The breakfast is plain.
Close to LAX, has a shuttle service that runs 24/7, complimentary breakfast, clean and safe.
Overpriced for what it was in my opinion. It was 170$/night when I stayed here. It should’ve been closer to 120$/night.

No working bathroom, no ac, long wait time.
I liked that is was clean. I did not like having to park down the street being a single woman and coming in at night was concerning. They should have a night time valet. There were some kind of flies in the lobby entrance. They need to deal with that because it left a bad impression from the start. But the room was decent, clean and the breakfast bar was nice. I just wanted coffee and fruit and they had bananas. The workout room was okay...small so I went for a walk outside but overall it was decent for the price and 5 min from the airport.
Flies in the lobby entrance and the parking situation being a single woman. They should have a valet even if you have to pay for it.
Lights were too dim
I have never experienced before that the hotel staff lied to my face about a couple of things:
- we booked two nights and they only had us booked in for one night and blamed booking.com for this. We only found that out only after we checked for another room, because
- we got a room with a window, that could not be opened, and the A/C was also broken - it was so obvious that they knew about it and nevertheless had guests sleeping in that room
- they send somebody to repair the A/C, and this person came took a look, went away and told us they will let us know. We never got anything back.
- the staff / manager promised that we will get another room the next night since they were fully booked the first night and they give us a discount for the inconvenience in the first night.
-> we never got this discount even after trying to reach out to them twice afterwards
-> on the next day, they said again they are fully booked although that promised the night before that we get another room. Out of a sudden they could move us...
Location and shuttle bus to LAX.
Going down on the elevator it got stock. It took a while for someone to come over after I sounded the alarm several times. We missed the shuttle due to this incident.
I injured my hand with the doors. I asked the front receptionist if she could get some ice, and she was not very helpful. My hand did hurt for a while, now there is small bruise.
Also when we arrived we were not offered water bottles, like it was offered to other group.
Do not know why.
The location is ok, nearby the airport.
The AC was not working, and the quadruple room was extremely cramped for three people. There was barely enough space to open three suitcases.
