Overpriced under maintained lodging that I would not recommend to anyone.
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

No air conditioning and the staff refused to either fix the broken air conditioning or move us to another room. Also they have reduced the food available for breakfast. I stayed at this property two years ago and they had much more choices for fruits and pastries that they have eliminated presumably to increase their profits by cutting their costs on food and air conditioning.

Pros:

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Leider wurden wir von einem Shutlefahrer sehr unfreundlich behandelt (angeschriehen) weil wir nicht sofort den Terminal sagen konnten. Das war am 15.03.26 um 07.30 Uhr.

Pros:

They had great hot chocolate. It was close to many places to eat. Bus ride was on time and drivers were friendly.the pool area was very nice and staff was friendly,alway smiled.

Cons:

Rooms were on the small side and didn't have a microwave. Although ther were some available to us. Breakfast wasn't included. And the pet stay was high $150. I thought pet friendly was free ee or a lower fee.

Comfortable and exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful,a lot of selections and very clean.
Convenient to LAX and the shuttle was a plus.

Hotel bueno solo de paso, parking pagado
Pros:

Es un hotel aceptable de paso, tiene un 7-eleven y restaurantes para comer muy cerca. Pero se ve que es un hotel viejo y no hubo posibilidad de hacer early check in (ni pagando), considerando que es un hotel "cercano al aeropuerto" es incomodo tener que esperar a las 16:00 para hacer check in. El shuttle hotel-aeropuerto funcionó bien y en tiempo. El personal muy amable.

Cons:

Hotel viejo con olor a humedad, el parking es pagado y son 40 usd por noche!
