Accra Luxury Apartments at The Gardens

The apart hotel representative was not reachable for check in I arrived at the property. She eventually arrived 15 minutes later. Despite the sub standard service the representative still asked to be given a high customer satisfaction rating. The property is in a great location, with a very pleasant swimming pool, and serene gardens. In room amenities such as shower gel were not replaced by housekeeping service. There is on-going construction outside the property, and with noise, the property is unsuitable for virtual meetings and

Great apartment with all the needed amenities. I travelled with the family, and it could not be a more convenient place. The host and the staff were very kind and accommodating. Will definitely be back.

Nice staff

I recently stayed at Embassy Gardens by Cantonments in Accra, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The place is very spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.

The environment is quiet, peaceful, and very safe, perfect for anyone looking to unwind or enjoy a calm getaway in the city. The facilities are well-kept, and the overall ambiance is elegant and modern.

The only downside was that check-in took quite a while — we had to wait longer than expected before being taken to our room. However, once settled in, everything else about the stay was excellent.

I’d definitely recommend Embassy Gardens to anyone visiting Accra who values comfort, security, and a serene environment.

Betty was an excellent host.

There is good value for money here, however we would not stay again. When we arrived we let the airport transfer person we were there. They arrived while we were still waiting for bags. Then they left because they said people were waiting at apartments for them. This meant we were stood outside the airport waiting for them for 40 minutes. They messaged and asked us to move to departures to make it easier for them to collect us, so off we went to departures with our bags. We arrived at the apartments, and were told to wait for our host. Host checked us into the room, and gave us some information however did not tell us where the free breakfast was that was listed in the booking. The bed was comfortable however the bedding had stains on it, they were not fresh stains and you could see they had been washed but still, it’s not nice to have stained bedding. Some of the apartment was a bit dated in areas. We asked for a transfer back to the airport the next day as we were travelling on to another country, but transfer was not available so we got a taxi. We were going back to Ghana in two weeks and had this place booked again but we cancelled it, and booked a hotel instead.

I went for Studio room that included a full kitchen and washing machine. Betty the responsible of the property is super nice and helpful. I had daily housekeeping. I loved the place

My stay at Accra Luxury Apartments was incredible. My room was kept in immaculate condition throughout my stay. Betty was so accommodating and ensured that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Due to her kindness and professionalism, I will only be staying here on my future visits to Accra. Betty, thank you so much for making my first trip to Accra so memorable!

This place is beyond amazing!
Every moment of the day, a member of staff were cleaning the communal areas.
Customer service was second to none, and shout out to Betty for ALWAYS being just a call, email or text away, which added to the excellent personalised customer service. We cannot wait to return to Ghana again, and this is where we will be staying again.

Be sure to call the contact number 5 - 10 minutes in advance before arriving as you need to sign some forms and do biometrics.

Very nice self catering accommodation. The units have a washing machine, microwave and oven. With great air conditioning and a nice big shower.

There are 3 pools, a restaurant and a great gym.

The restaurant is small but nice and closes at 22h00.
