A very relaxing stay in a stunning location.
Pros:

A beautiful, historic and tranquil hotel in a superb location. The staff were always very friendly and polite. Afer we had checked in the staff noticed that my husband was having a problem with the stairs and gave us a call offering us a wonderful ground floor room in a much more convenient location. Due to the current middle eastern situation we were obliged to stay another day which was a bonus as far as we were concerned. Wlking distance from the falls.

Great stay in an iconic hotel.
Pros:

The room was big, comfortable and very clean.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The historical features.
A lovely setting.

Cons:

It would have been nice to be able to.walk more in the grounds towards the river as in the past.

Pros:

너무 친절한 직원들이 인상깊습니다. 고풍스러운 인테리어에 아늑한 느낌이 들어서 편안한 휴식을 할 수 있었어요. 아이들과 커넥팅룸을 받아 편하게 이용할 수 있었던 것도 좋습니다.
식당은 정글정션과 스탠리 테라스를 이용했는데 모두 가격은 조금 있는 편이지만 서비스와 맛에 만족했습니다.
스탠리테라스 바깥쪽 정원에서 바라보는 빅토리아폴스의 뷰가 너무 멋있어서 다른 불편한 점은 잊게 만들어줍니다.
와이파이도 잘 터지고 하우스키핑도 훌륭합니다.

Cons:

도중에 정전이 몇번 일어나는 일이 발생합니다. 식당에서도 깜깜한 와중에 음식을 떠야했어요. 수영장은 야외에 있다보니 나뭇잎이나 벌레등이 떠있는 것이 좀 아쉽습니다. 가격이 상당히 비싼 편이라 낡은 시설이 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 욕조 수전 중 하나가 빠져서 사용하지 못했습니다. 낡은 시설 정비가 필요합니다.

Les renseignements donnés à notre arrivée étaient tous faux. Restaurant fermés

L’hôtel typé colonial et super bien situé
Pros:

Établissement type colonial avec une vue imprenable sur les chutes.
Et la gentillesse de Edson.

Cons:

Manque un peu d’ambiance ( c’est tristounet ) Un peu de musique au bar serait appréciable

Kind and wonderful staff in a beautiful hotel right next to the falls. Loved every minute!
Pros:

The breakfast was AMAZING! They offered everything you can imagine and more and the location was absolutely beautiful.

A wonderful romantic getaway. I proposed to my girlfriend there. Amazing!!!

The Victoria Hotel and its surroundings are the most beautiful spot in Africa !
Pros:

The Hotel is an amazing blend of the Colonial Era and the modern African people.
The Hotel is like a museum of the Colonial past, and yet very smart and tastefully furnished..
The Zimbabwe people are wonderful : friendly, handsome and who provided an excellent service.

Cons:

Being bird-lovers, we would have liked to see some photographs or copies of old paintings of Zimbabwe's beautiful birds.
The animal presentations were splendid .
