Renovation work will take place from November 14th, 2024, until April 15th, 2025. Some rooms will be renovated. During this period, we will remain open as usual, but you may experience some inconvenience. We ask for your understanding and look forward to presenting you with the beautiful result of the renovation soon.

Ein Aufenthalt war leider nicht möglich:
Ich möchte die Situation fair darstellen und auch meine eigenen Fehler nicht verschweigen:

Die Buchung erfolgte spontan am Abend (gegen 21 Uhr), wie ich es schon häufig über Booking.com gemacht habe. Dabei habe ich leider nicht ausreichend geprüft, dass das Hotel nur per Fähre erreichbar ist und diese zu dem Zeitpunkt nicht mehr verkehrt hat. Zusätzlich war versehentlich eine Festnetznummer hinterlegt und ich hatte die Booking.com App nicht installiert, sodass mich Nachrichten des Hotels nicht rechtzeitig erreicht haben.

Das sind Punkte, die ich definitiv beim nächsten Mal besser beachten werde.

Allerdings wurde dem Hotel die gesamte Situation ausführlich geschildert: Es war uns faktisch nicht möglich anzureisen, da die Fähre nicht mehr fuhr. Es handelte sich also nicht um ein bewusstes „Nicht-Erscheinen“, sondern um eine unglückliche Verkettung von Umständen und auch Einwirkungen Dritter.

Was ich sehr kritisch sehe: Es gab überhaupt keine Bereitschaft, eine Lösung zu finden oder Kulanz zu zeigen. Trotz Erklärung der Situation wurde ausschließlich auf die „Non-Refundable“-Rate verwiesen. Es wurde weder versucht, einen Kompromiss zu finden, noch wurde auf die besondere Situation eingegangen.

Daher mein klarer Hinweis an zukünftige Gäste:
Seien Sie äußerst vorsichtig bei nicht erstattbaren Buchungen in diesem Hotel.
Wenn etwas schiefgeht – selbst bei nachvollziehbaren Gründen – können Sie offenbar mit keinerlei Verständnis oder Entgegenkommen rechnen.

Ich habe schon viele spontane Buchungen gemacht und noch nie ein solches Problem gehabt. Umso enttäuschender ist es, dass hier nicht einmal der Versuch unternommen wurde, die Situation gütlich zu klären.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Ich durfte sogar die Waschmaschine benutzen (gratis)! Alles sehr sauber und im Gruppenraum gab's Gratiskaffee. Grosser Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel.

Pros:

Top, vriendelijk personeel schone locatie goed ontbijt en fijn dat ze een fiets stalling hadden met oplaadpunten. Wij gaan er zeker vaker komen.
