It was okay
Pros:

If you need only a bed for the night, good food and nothing else, then this place is all you'd need, maybe just me but the bed wasn't that comfortable. The room was cheap, you get what you pay for.

Pros:

Excellent connection to Düsseldorf. Only 5 minutes on foot to the station, and 25 minutes to the main train station in Dusseldorf. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

beds and pillows could be more comfortable. The downside is that check-in is only after 5 p.m

Pros:

No customer care at all, We didn’t understand each other because they don’t speak English but atleast they could assign someone who can communicate in English
My friend and I slept at the reception because they didn’t give us the information about the key and we call the customer service number the whole night and no one ever picked at the same time no one was around the hotel ..How come at the hotle all the staffs left ??I was very disappointed with the service

Pros:

The location is in a calm area 10minutes walking to the center and the train station and also 20 minutes to Dusseldorf.

Cons:

No towels changing for 3 days
Uncomfortable beds
No English speaking personnel (if you could find any in reception)
