Rome's holiday
Pros:

The location was perfect, just a walk to some attractions. Air conditioning was just perfect. Some staff were more helpful than others. The breakfast was good, but boring after a couple of days. More variety needed.

Localização, café da manhã e conforto do hotel são ótimos.

Cons:

Tivemos um problema com nossa hospedagem em Florença e precisávamos chegar a Roma um dia antes do previsto. Tentamos diversas vezes entrar em contato com o hotel por telefone e por outros meios para verificar se seria possível antecipar nossa reserva, mas ninguém atendia nem respondia às mensagens.
Sem conseguir qualquer retorno, fomos obrigados a fazer uma nova reserva para aquela noite. No dia seguinte, mesmo já estando hospedados no hotel e tendo uma reserva para a continuidade da estadia, fomos informados de que precisaríamos trocar de quarto. Tivemos que arrumar todas as malas, desocupar o quarto e nos mudar, apesar de termos perguntado se seria possível permanecer no mesmo apartamento. A resposta foi simplesmente que não era possível, sem qualquer explicação.
Para piorar, tivemos que deixar o quarto pela manhã e só pudemos entrar no novo quarto às 14h. Transtorno completamente desnecessário.
A falta de comunicação antes da chegada e a pouca flexibilidade durante a hospedagem tornaram a experiência muito mais desgastante do que deveria ter sido. Uma situação que poderia ter sido resolvida de forma simples acabou gerando um grande inconveniente para nossa família.

Pros:

Hotel ben conservato, in centro, personale gentile e accogliente. Camera spaziosa, al quarto piano silenziosa, bollitore in camera, frigobar con acqua fresca naturale e frizzante, ambienti molto puliti. Colazione internazionale, self-service, all’ultimo piano con vista. Personale durante la colazione estremamente gentile.
