Excellent experience
Pros:

The hotel is very comfortable all around. The room, very clean and comfy, a lot of space. The personnel, amazing, we interact with Carlo, Facundo and Mr. Russian. They are very professional and very nice people, willing to help at any time, they really make the difference. Awesome experience. Of course we will be back there in or next visit to Lisbon

Perfect location and very helpful staff
Pros:

Lovely hotel in the heart of Lisbon's Old Town. Location was excellent for visiting the main sites. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

Rooms were clean and well equipped. Beds were super comfy. I would definitely stay here again.
