Pros:

La ubicación tan cerca de los elevadores gratuitos, a un par de minutos caminando! Desayuno abundante y rico, buenas camas y cuarto limpio. Lo mejor sin duda de todo fue la inmejorable atención de Facundo quien en diversas oportunidades fue mas alla de su responsabilidad para darnos tipos diversos, incluso cuando no encontramos los elevadores nos llevó! El hotel tiene en el a un excelente elemento, cuídenlo como oro.

Pros:

Hotel bom, muito bem localizado. Equipe atenciosa, recebeu nossas encomendas um dia antes de chegarmos e guardou nossas malas até a hora de irmos para o aeroporto. Quarto espaçoso, cama confortável, café da manhã OK.

Very comfortable stay at a centrally located hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location in Baixa, close to Alfama neighborhood. During the check-in, the person explained about the various neighborhoods, places to see and some tips about the elevators nearby that can save you from having to walk up the steep hills. The room was comfortable with an excellent shower. We did not opt for the breakfast option since there were numerous cafes within walking distance. Also, there is a big supermarket nearby where you can get coffee, pastries etc.

Cons:

The shower area has a fixed glass door that only covers half the opening. Although an additional shower curtain is available, water still splashes on the floor outside the shower.

Excellent staff, central location.
Pros:

The best feature of this hotel is its exceptional staff, who went out of their way to assist and made my stay truly comfortable. I am particularly grateful to Tanya, Facundo, and the gentleman of Argentinian origin with gray hair who worked the night shifts from the 18th to the 21st—my apologies for forgetting your name.

The lady who managed the breakfast service was equally outstanding. I noticed she had marked me as a vegetarian on her list, and indeed I was offered several thoughtful options to choose from. This level of attention to detail and genuine care did not go unnoticed.

Great location, good host very friendly and supportive of our request.
Pros:

Very good location, in walking distance to key spot , shopping and dining areas. They also offer us a free drink per person during our stay. And gave us n upgrade room so we can be in the same floor with the other couple we were traveling, that was great!.
