Ubicación, excelente trato del personal (afables, acogedores, nos permitieron usar el estacionamiento por más de lo correspondido) y, lo amplio y cómodo de la habitación.

Cons:

La pieza tenía un olor húmedo persistente (azumagado) que no se pasaba con la ventilación.

We arrived as guests and left as friends
Pros:

The staff (Facundo, Carlos and Cyril) were so helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring Lisbon too - close to the Elavators that went to Alfama and down to Baixa.

空港からタクシーで20分ほど、便利な場所で親切、ここにしてよかった！

ポルトガルは人がいい、とはよく聞きますがまさにホテルのスタッフがそうでした。ちょっとした事でもWhatsAppで聞くと即座に返答が、フロントでお勧めのレストランや場所、行き方等を尋ねれば地図を広げて親切な解説付きで教えてもらえました。初のリスボン滞在にこちらのホテルにして大正解！！朝食は果物、パン類が豊富で嬉しかったです。

Cons:

6泊のうち、3度トイレットペーパーの補充がなくて慌てました。毎日あるはずのペットボトル補充もメモでお願いした時のみでした。5リットルボトルを購入し置いていたので必要ないと思われた気がしますが、持ち歩き用に欲しかったので。ちょっと残念。部屋に電気ポットがありますが、前の方の残したお水がポット内にあったので気持ちが悪くて使えませんでした。ベッドメイク、部屋のお掃除は完璧だったので余計にトイレットペーパーは残念...！お願いだから忘れないで！！と記憶に残りました。

Weekend in famiglia meraviglioso con hotel in posizione strategica

Posizione Eccezionale, abbiamo alloggiato per 2 notti con due bambini di 8 e 12 anni e siamo riusciti a visitare tutti i luoghi iconici quasi sempre a piedi. la colazione è varia, ben curata, prodotti molto buoni. Staff cordiale gentile e sempre disponibile. La possibilità di comunicare anche con il loro numero whastapp è molto comodo. il bidet è un valore aggiunto.
la camera aveva gli scuri in legno che aumentavano il buio durante la notte. provvisto di ascensore.

Cons:

mio gusto personale non gradisco la mouquette in camera, comunque pulita ed aiuta l' insonorizzazione. Nel complesso non è un problema rilevante.

Konumu harikaydı. Oda da gayet konforluydu. Kahvaltısı orta düzeydeydi. Resepsiyondaki ve hizmetteki tüm personel güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Bir daha gelsem yine burada kalırım.
