Location was convenient close to many places of interest but very quiet at night. The beds very comfortable. The staff helpful with recommendations about restaurants and printing train tickets. Carlos was great!!

Rien …. Pas du tout un 4 étoiles. Ça vaut une étoile…. Chambre dans les combes sans presque pas de fenêtre. Il n’y avais pas deux lits mais un clic clac où on pouvais pas dormir et ce cognée la tête contre le plafond

La camera è un po piccolina con il divano letto aperto e la colazione per un italiano potrebbe avere dei dolci migliori, ma all’estero ci si accontenta!

Dirty towel air conditioner wasn’t working and we call all night to reception and nothing fix and the guy said he can let the 8am shift guy know that your air conditioner isn’t working , my wife is asthma patient and she was having trouble breathing all night and there wasn’t a fan either
The staff was really amazing. They definitely made the stay. Carlos is the man and gave me some great recommendations. The room was very clean, clearly well taken care of. And the location is great, super close to Chiato and the castle. Made it easy to get anywhere.

Everything, it was beautiful, clean, great staff who went out of there way to assist me with everything I needed. When they were informed my husband had been hospitalised they not only upgrade us to an absolutely beautiful room they helped me with transport & explained the quickest and best way to get around in the city. The overall experience was above & beyond excellent
