Pros:

An amazing place with great staff! All are welcoming , from the breakfast staff to the manager. It was a real pleasure! Nicely located, close to elevators that make moving around the city easier. Very good breakfast, comfy bed, very pet friendly which is not obvious in Portugal.

Cons:

There is nothing to complain, all was great.

Comfortable hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

Great location – many sights, restaurants and cafés are within walking distance. The rooms were clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We had a great night’s sleep.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about.

Pros:

The location was great - very central to the historic part of Lisbon and clean and comfortable.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Cyril, who was very helpful.

Cons:

The huge curtains in my room were pinned together above head height, meaning I couldn't open them. I, therefore, had to be in darkness or have the lights on. I would have liked the option for some natural light.
The rainfall shower head in the bathroom was very full of limescale, meaning all the jets pointed in different directions and made soaking the bathroom floor inevitable when the shower door was opened.
Breakfast items never seemed to be replenished. Get down about 9.00am or later and all the scrambled eggs were gone. (Breakfast is served until 11.00am !).

Estadia quase perfeita.
Pros:

A localização é muito boa. Quarto confortável. Roupa de cama e toalhas de excelente qualidade. Chuveiro ótimo.

Cons:

A única coisa que incomodou um pouco foi o cheiro ao chegar no quarto. Acredito que seja pelo carpete e cortinas. Mas bastava deixar a janela aberta um tempo e melhorava. O box é pequeno. Poderiam deixar mais papel higiênico de reserva no armário do banheiro.

Hotel muito aconchegante com uma equipe excelente, nota 10 de verdade, um bar de apoio no térreo super prático e acessível. Fica no Centro e pertinho de todos os bares, restaurantes, lindos por do sol, e pontos turísticos. Todos a pouca distância, a pé!

Cons:

O hotel vale a pena, onde o único inconveniente é que ele fica em uma ladeira, algo bem comum em Lisboa e que, por isso, dificulta um pouquinho a chegada ou a partida, mas nada significativo.

Excellent Location, Superb Staff, and Incredibly Child-Friendly.
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at this hotel during our time in Lisbon. The location is absolutely perfect; everything we wanted to see was within a maximum 10 to 15-minute walk. ​The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. As a family traveling with a child, they made us feel at home. To ensure we had a comfortable stay, they kindly upgraded us to a rooftop suite, without any request from our side, purely out of their own kindness and thoughtfulness. Staying there with a magnificent view of Lisbon was an unforgettable experience.
​It is a truly child-friendly hotel with top-notch service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lisbon.

The location is good.
quiet environment.
the room has been mainly clean.
the staff is welcoming and nice.

Cons:

1.Breakfast.
was not tasty, with very few options.
that's not good enough.
2.The room was very small, and after 1 day there was a leak of water from the upper floor.
after I called the hotel service, i got a different room, on the third floor.
which was better (without water leaking from the upper floor), and bigger than the previous one.

HOTEL MUITO CONFORTÁVEL, BEM LOCALIZADO E INSTALADO EM UM ANTIGO E BEM CUIDADO IMÓVEL.
Pros:

Apartamento muito agradável, com um bom banheiro e cama confortável.
O hotel é muito bem localizado.
O atendimento é muito simpático e profissional.

Cons:

Falta armário, mas isso não me trouxe problema, pois só fiquei uma diária, contudo pode ser um incômodo para a estadia de alguém que for passar mais tempo.
