Good value, nice location.
Pros:

Good location, very friendly staff, good size room. We had a balcony, which was nice. Good value for Zurich.

Lovely stay, but bathroom needed some attention
Pros:

Decoration was lovely. Location was good close to the old town.staff were helpful and friendly. We had the studio flat which had great facilities.

Cons:

Bathroom shower head didn't work properly. Water was leaking out from the pipe. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, it had been left empty. However there was shampoo and conditioner. It was 20 degrees when we arrived to Zurich and our room was quite warm. We couldn't see any air conditioning unit to cool down the room unfortunately
