Slightly cramped but otherwise decent room; great staff; insufficient air-conditioning
Pros:

I did not try the breakfast. Location is Zurich Enge which is very convenient when using trams to get around. It was also fairly easy to reach via train from the airport. The room was very cozy and the bed was fine. The seating area was nice.

Cons:

It was super hot! I happened to check-in during a significant heatwave and I understand that can be challenging, but the air conditioning barely did anything. In order to prevent the room from heating up so much that my ability to sleep would be impaired, I had to keep it almost completely dark throughout all hours of the day and this made it fairly difficult to truly enjoy the room.
The dimensions of the room were also quite small -- it felt more cramped than I thought.

Pros:

The hotel was clean and bed was very comfortable

Cons:

There was no AC so they brought a portable one which meant that we had to keep a window open so woke up early morning from workers in the street and mosquito bites

Good location and value of money
Pros:

Location is very good just opposite of train and bus stop and FIFA museum also in front of hotel. Staff is very cooperative and guide us to visit city site.

Cons:

They also not have AC in the room but they provided us portable units which is very good

Great location, excellent customer service
Pros:

Zurich in season is going to be expensive, but I feel like we got a good value since the room was lovely, great location across from Bahnhof Enge and had a nice view. When we initially arrived the A/C in the room wasn't working. We went downstairs and someone immediately came upstairs to check on it. When it was determined it wasn't a quick fix, they moved us to another room. The tram stop is just outside the front door. We were able to take the train to the airport, no taxi/Uber needed as the train station is just across the street. FIFA headquarters was across the side street; we had a view of World Cup watch parties from our balcony. Our room was very quiet, close the glass balcony door and didn't hear any noise.

Cons:

All the rooms have down comforters on the beds, even in the summertime. You would have to turn the AC down to freezing in order to sleep under them. We gave ours to the maid to take away and we slept under an extra sheet. Breakfast at the hotel is expensive, no need to eat there as there are lots of breakfast options within walking distance.

La posizione e' centrale e vicino al posto dove dovevo andare

Cons:

Il garage c'e' ma e' a pagamento e complicato da raggiungere con pochi posti. Fuori c'erano 35 gradi e l'aria condizionata non era regolabile e molto debole. Nella struttura si respirava poco e ho dovuto aprire le finestre e dormire con le finestre aperte. Il bagno ha la doccia nella vasca da bagno. Per 180 chf ci si aspetta di piu'.
