Very cool design and decor
Pros:

This is such a cool hotel! I loved the design and decor. The room was spacious with a full couch/nook area and little kitchenette, which came in handy as Zurich is quite pricey and we ended up eating some meals in our room. I loved the vibe of this place. The restaurant attached to the hotel looks really nice although we didn't end up going. This is very conveniently located across from a train station, which made travel to and from the airport super easy. You can also take the tram/train into the city centre but we just walked everyday as it was a short walk and nice weather. I would definitely stay here again! I feel this hotel was very good value for a pricey city like Zurich.

Amazing!
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location, offers great facilities, and the staff is extremely polite and friendly.

Special mention goes to Maicon (or Maycon, I’m not entirely sure) from the restaurant. I arrived late one evening when the kitchen was already closed. He kindly informed me that there was a supermarket nearby, but since I was quite tired, I decided not to go.

A few minutes later, he disappeared for about five minutes and came back with salami and cold cuts for me. He took the initiative—completely unexpected—to go to the supermarket in the cold just to make sure I was taken care of. On top of that, he refused to let me pay the 8 francs he spent.

Absolutely outstanding service and kindness. The hotel should never lose an employee like him. Congratulations!

In Zurich, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Loved it spacious good location can walk into town and opposite station. Super dog friendly, got a bed, bowls, treats and bandana, very sweet.

Pros:

Bem localizado, bem em frente à estação, quarto com todas as amenidades. Café da manhã bom no restaurante do hotel. Funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Muito limpa, organizada. Minhas solicitações foram atendidas, como berço no quarto. Quarto tem pequena cozinha que foi providencial para estadia com uma bebê.

Cons:

A temperatura do quarto estava baixa. Tive um pouco de frio a noite e não encontrei o termostato.
