Pros:

Lokacija je odlicna. Zelenilo svuda okolo kao da ste u sumi. Parking u sklopu objekta.

Cons:

Objekat je veoma star, oseti se neprijatan miris, dvoriste izuzetno prljavo i ne odrzavano, buka u sobama veoma velika, dorucak ako dodjete u 8h vise nema sta da se jede.

Hotel non alla altezza di un 4 stelle, in decadenza.

Struttura affascinante, buona la posizione e il parcheggio gratuito se cè posto, letto comodo. Possibilità di lasciare l’auto qualche ora in piu dopo il check-out.

Cons:

Struttura poco curata e con servizi quasi assenti. Informazioni errate sulla ZTL, in realtà vi è una ZTL scudo verde a diversi km prima dell'arrivo....Camera piccola e rumorosa, colazione scadente per cui costosa. Parcheggio interno talmente costipato che a fatica si riesce ad uscire dalla propria auto. Grave problema di sicurezza all’ingresso esterno (marciapiede dissestato e buio), causando una caduta, gestito freddamente e con scarsa attenzione dal personale al corrente gia da tempo. Esperienza complessivamente deludente e non all’altezza delle aspettative, molto lontana da quella raccontata online, non lo consiglierei piu di una notte, meglio fare colazione fuori.

Great mid priced Florence hotel in a nice location
Pros:

Well presented and well equipped room. I prefer the main building than the separate building. Clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast. For a mid range Florence hotel, it’s good. Porta romana is a great location. It’s nice and leafy streets around it. A few good restaurants within a 5 minute walk. And then it’s a pleasant walk into the centre of Florence.

I have stayed here several times in the last 15 years and I saw some improvements such as friendly staff and slippers in room.

Cons:

if I have to complain there was a bit of mould in shower ( spray anti-muffa needed )

Pros:

Emplacement situé dans un quartier calme, à 30 mn du centre ville. Parking privé mais nombre de places limité ( sinon stationnement payant dans la rue ). Chambre correcte, mais qui mériterait d'être rafraîchie, ainsi que la SDB.

Cons:

Un premier accueil à la réception un peu froid le jour de notre arrivée
L'isolation, notre chambre étant dans l'annexe
Pas de bouilloire, ni de bouteilles d' eau dans la chambre
Cher par rapport aux prestations d' ensemble

Rooms are a bit dirty, not daily cleaning, room in general with the bed cover, pillows etc. The safe box didn’t work, lamps in the bathroom didn’t work, plugs are very old etc. The most important thing the all receptionist were very unfriendly, a bit grumpy…

Camera grandissima, arredamande gradevole, verde intorno

Cons:

mancava un armadietto per la biancheria (e si che la stanza era grande e piena di spazio) e un ripiano nella doccia, al terzo giornio abbiamo dovuto sollecitare per avere il sapone per la doccia
