Gorgeous vintage-style hotel
Pros:

1. It's a beautiful hotel.
2. The service was great (exception: bellhops)
3. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. I was personally pleased to find vegan-friendly options.
4. The pool and jacuzzi are lovely

Cons:

1. Water and coffee in the room is not free. A hotel this classy should not be nickeling and diming you like this.
2. Very pushy bellhops. You will get help with your suitcase whether you like it or not.
3. It's a bit far from the nightlife. We had to walk about 1 km to get there.
4. Only one trash can in the room
5. The lock on our door was sticky. We often had to scan our keycard multiple times to get in.
6. The escalator broke twice during our 4-day stay.

el gimnasio le falta mantenimiento, 2 caminadoras no funcionaban era la 2da vez que me hospedaba y aun no las habian arreglado.

Stable Hotel
Pros:

A very polished, well-organised and reliable hotel. The room was functional and comfortable, with a good view, and the large, bright lobby creates a great sense of light and space. Parking in the garage was convenient. Although the hotel is located more in a business district than in the historic tourist centre, it is only around 10 minutes away by Uber. Overall, a solid hotel product that feels well managed and is unlikely to deliver any unpleasant surprises.

Cons:

The hotel feels more geared towards business travellers than tourists and, despite being very polished, lacks a little in character and “soul”. Interactions with staff tended to feel quite process-driven rather than personal. Access from the garage is also not ideal with large luggage, as there is no direct elevator to the hotel lobby and you need to use escalators and some steps. Finally, the hotel felt somewhat expensive for the overall experience and value offered.
