Perfetto!
Pros:

This property is a dream. My goal was to feel like a local living like a local in a beautiful place, and I succeeded. The apt. was perfectly Italian. It is adorable, true to Italian style, and I would buy it if I could! The location was perfect, both for the view of the coast, a quick walk to the beach, a quick walk to the funicular to reach upper Taormina, and a quick walk to parking. I plan to return to Taormina in the future, and I will definitely rent it again. As a bonus, the owner was quick to answer any questions and helped me find the hillside city of my grandparents on a map and helped me find aid for a sprained ankle that occurred in Matera.

Sehr gute Wohnlage in der Nähe vom Strand und der Seilbahn
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, man schaut direkt auf den Strand und zur Isola Bella sind es 10 Gehminuten. Die Talstation der Seilbahn ist 100m entfernt, man kann aber auch in 25 min nach Taormina laufen. Einkaufen kann man direkt nebenan. Die Terrasse ist groß und gut nutzbar. Die Küche war ordentlich ausgestattet. Es sind zwei vollständig getrennte Badezimmer vorhanden. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, muss mit 20€ täglich Parkgebühren rechnen, da führt fast kein Weg vorbei. Der Vermieter wohnt direkt im Haus und war sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Uferstraße läuft direkt unterhalb der Wohnung und ist recht befahren und laut. Die Anstrich der Räume könnte erneuert werden

La vue depuis la cuisine, magnifique !
Ça reste un bon rapport qualité prix compte tenu de ce que se fait par ailleurs dans le coin.

Cons:

La mauvaise foi du propriétaire. Il n'y a qu'à voir les reponses qu'il fait systématiquement aux autres commentaires.
Je trouve que les photos sont trompeuses pour l'appartement que j'ai loué car elles donnent l'impression qu'il y a un balcon et c'est indiqué comme tel. Il s'agit simplement d'une fenetre.
C'est extrêmement bruyant.
Les lits ne sont pas super confortables.

Posizione impareggiabile, al centro della baia di S. Andrea, vicino alla funivia, parcheggio, supermercatini. Appartamento rustico e fascinoso, ben accessoriato e funzionale. Zona giorno esterna bellissima ed estremamente fruibile, abbiamo cenato per scelta sempre in casa per sfruttarla al meglio. Ottimo supporto dell'host, disponibile e gentile

unica piccola pecca l'illuminazione delle seconda camera, scarsamente oscurabile con le tende in dotazione, risolta appendendo sopra la tenda i copri-lettini in dotazione

Eine fantastische Unterkunft! Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet wirklich alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist der große Parkplatz in der Nähe, EUR 20 pro Tag
Der Gastgeber war außerordentlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit gut erreichbar.
Einer der besten Gastgeber, die ich in den letzten 10 Jahren bei Booking erlebt habe. Absolut empfehlenswert!

- wirklich super super Lage mit Meerblick und nur 1Minute von der Seilbahn entfernt, mit welcher man für 5€ pro Richtung direkt in die Altstadt fahren kann
- unkomplizierter Gastgeber

- an sich sauber, aber bisschen Schimmel an der Decke
- irgendwie etwas feucht innen, hat etwas gemufft
