слышны было шорох с коридора, когда открывали двери с замка было очень слышно и я от этого просыпалась несколько раз

Грязный коврик, плохо пропылесосили.
Сама комната требует ремонта, в ванной неудобно фен висит, приходится тянуться к нему

Просторный комфортный номер. Есть все мелочи, которые могут понадобиться в гостинице, включая кулер и чайник. Сантехника подустала, но напор хороший, слив не застаивается, вытяжка исправно тянет - это важнее.
Большой и разнообразный завтрак - каша, овощи, яйца, йогурт.
Удобное расположение, прямо напротив здания будет станция метро. Относительно близко и к центру, и к экспо.
С учетом завтрака номер более чем оправдывает свою цену.
