The location was good
I was extremely disappointed with my stay. I checked in on the 15th for one night and inspite of pay at the property option I was asked to pay in advance which is ridiculous. I reached the property at 1.15 pm and was told rooms will be available by 2, however it was not ready by 2. I had selected the courtyard room and the lady gave me room at some other wing with no sunlight. People who came after me were given courtyard room immediately which is very disappointing. The property has no laundry device and no medicine available. I will avoid staying here in future
A truly delightful stay! From the warm welcome at check-in to the excellent service throughout our visit everything was perfect Mr Rhitayudh was very helpful. The room was cozy and beautiful the ambiance was relaxing, and the food was delicious. Every detail made us feel valued and comfortable. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

The overall property was good. Traditional Welcome is good. Food was good. Special mention of the Misti Dohi we had after dinner at the restaurant. The staff was polite. Special mention of Mr Suraj who took me around the property and explained everything significantly good.
The suite was unexpectedly small for the size to be called a Prime suite. I was expecting a bigger bathroom with a bathtub in a suite. The cost of suite is not justified.
Secondly, my car was dirty when i received it back. Looked like it was parked out in the open. Before giving it back to the customer , it would have been nice to have at least wiped it cloth to make a look little clean.
Staff, decor, cleanliness, room size, pool
Stairs everywhere. Not accessible. This is not disclosed in property pictures or description. Entrance is a hassle. The security ( first contact) wasn't helpful in showing us the alternate entrance.
