Beautiful rooms, very spacious, a lot of thought put behind every thing done in the room and the hotel, very good spread of the breakfast..my favorite luchi and allo ki Sabzi.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus. Gute Atmosphäre
Ausgesprochen freundliche, zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter*innen.
Der kleine Swimmingpool ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt.
Verkehrstechnisch gute Lage, wenige Meter zur U-Bahn.
Sehr gutes Restaurant. Das Frühstück ist großartig.

Cons:

Die Zimmer in der untersten Preiskategorie sind etwas dunkel, ein Upgrade hätte sich gelohnt.

Good for quite stay, but not fit for active sightseeing due of location. Wi-fi also works bad
Pros:

Quite hotel with interesting architecture and style. Good food and service.

Cons:

Staff doesn't seem to very involve in your stay. Also faced with many problems with wi-fi in my room.
And even after some technical works I wasn't able to do my work in room, very dissappointing.
Also location far from city center and you forced to use taxi every time if you want to see any landmarks.

Great value for our stay. We enjoyed out room and inside the hotel despite the location.
Pros:

Love the staff, the daily entertainment and snacks.

Cons:

Location - Lots of chaos right at the entrance with lots of poverty. Unexpected for IHCL property. Would be good to have reception introduce points of interest nearby for shopping or daily purchases vs having to ask doorman (who was very helpful).

Pros:

Staff were friendly, evening entertainment was good, the room was neat, spacious and gorgeous, the dining facilityvwas very good.

Cons:

The height of bed was too high and the nearest plug points were far away from the edge of the bed. Requested for a weighing machine on one evening but received it next day after giving 3 reminders.

Pictures on website not matching reality
Pros:

It is supposed to be a beautiful historical property and there was great picture in the web, but the reality was very disappointing.

Cons:

Communication with the property is a disaster, lot of useless automated messages, no coordination between the staff, it was very hectic. Then the room I got was not matching any picture on the web, it was darkish, looking old, and no charm. Window sealed with machine and dog barking outside, terrasse with no plants, view in modern building, street noise. The breakfast place is like an air conditioned aquarium, no decoration, view on an ugly courtyard. Seems that most rooms have no interesting view on historical property and they sealed some windows and sliding doors.

It was value for money and somewhat exotic
Pros:

Really appreciate the warm hospitality shown by the staff. Even Maimur was very helpful with the luggage bags.
