Staff members were good and outdoor area was good but they some water issues when we were there.

The staff is very nice. Polite. Especially in the restaurant girl named “Anushree”. Thanks to her I felt I wasn’t alone.
Pros:

The staff. The interior. The food.

Cons:

Too noisy. Workers making too much noise i n the night till 1-2am non stop.
Nobody cared to check or keep them down. Door slashing sounds all day.

It was a wonderful and memorable stay.
Pros:

Staff were lovely (except for a couple of reception staff) and very helpful. Always going above and beyond. Ankur and Rohit Tamal, paromita, Shipra at breakfast, koushik in restaurant were amazing. The chefs took particular pride in their dishes and made all effort to cater to individual needs.

Cons:

Bed and mattress were very high and we were provided a couple of wooden steps to climb! and not suitable for elderly or people with mobility restrictions. Risk of fall too.

The pictures on booking.com don’t do this place justice.
Pros:

Excellent for escaping the busy city. There is peace and tranquility in the lovely pool and spa. We loved the evening entertainment whilst enjoying cocktails and a delicious dinner.

Pros:

Breakfast was fine. There was not much of immediate interest in the vicinity apart from the lake.

Cons:

Lack of staff training.
For example during a morning flute performance ( excellent way to start the day)by an accomplished flautist , one of the cleaners on the hotel staff plugged in his floor polisher right beside the performer and commenced polishing the floor .

fabulous, comfy and supportive.
Pros:

The property exceeded all our expectations. We went for a vacation, and with my children, we had a very nice time, and the staff were very supportive, and they were always there when we needed them. The property was clean. there break fast menu can be better, and they can introduce a buffet. other then that, the property is a top-notch one.
