great location, good breakfast and very pleasant staff.
Pros:

Daniel at Reception deserves a special star. I forgot my cards in Nairobi and arrived without any physical cards. He tried to assist with the cab driver accepting manual card payment. He was very resourceful and helpful. He went out of his way to assist where possible. Thank you.

Fantastic Suite. Helpful staff
Pros:

Our stay here was just perfect. The environment is very elegant and clean. The reception staff are all quite helpful and we were very impressed. Our stay was boosted by the activities recommended by the concierge Noor and the exceptional service by the bartender João and the waiter Antonio. In fact, the restaurant was a highlight of our stay as each day we would try different cocktails made by João. The food at the restaurant was also delicious boosted by recommendations by Antonio.

The room cleaning staff were also efficient. All things that make a stay pleasant in addition to the beautiful atmosphere and the central location. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Get your Guideで申し込んだツアーの起点になっているので
ここを選びました。
中央駅には徒歩3分ほど、美術館エリアも徒歩圏内。
移動は楽でした。空港へのUberは23〜39ユーロ。
良かった点は、朝食が美味しかった。
外に食べに行くより、こちらの朝食にする事をお薦めします。
中央駅にはファストフードの店がたくさんありますが
それより断然こちらのビュッフェがいいです。
フルーツやオムレツも美味。
レセプションは、こじんまりしていますが、スタッフは皆さん親切でいろいろ助けていただきました。

Cons:

洗面所の排水が遅い。バスタブ無しは良いとして、シャワーとトイレが接近しすぎていて、水びたしにならないようにシャワーを浴びるのが大変。
