Klima hat nicht gekühlt, Lift ist ausgefallen und wurde nicht repariert. Bei 40 grad 4 Stockwerke gehen wer nicht lustig. Wenn die Nachbarzimmer die Türen geschlossen haben, hat das ganze Zimmer vibriert

Pros:

Es herrschten 41,2 Grad in Frankfurt und im Le Meridien fiel die Klimaanlage aus. Ein wahnsinnig netter Concierge stornierte unseren Aufenthalt umstandslos und half uns, im fantastischen Lume, das ebenfalls zur Marriott-Kette gehört, ein Zimmer zu finden. Dort war alles mehr als perfekt. Leider haben wir uns den Namen des Concierge nicht gemerkt, sonst würden wir ihm noch eine Eistorte zum Dank schicken, er ist der Beste.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch ganz gut. Die Lage Nacht am Bahnhof ist auch gut.

Cons:

Als wir ankamen, ging das Reservierungssystem nicht und wir konnten nicht einchecken. Später auf dem Zimmer angekommen traff uns der Schlag. Über 30° die Klimaanlage hat nicht wirklich gekühlt. Ein erholsamer Schlaf war nicht möglich. Der Seminarraum war heiss, man hat versuch mit Ventilatoren und mobilen Klimaanlagen etwas zu kühlen. So etwas geht in der Preisklasse garnicht.

Perfect hotel when racing Ironman Frankfurt and other times too
Pros:

Great location next to the main train station and loads of great restaurants around.
Staff were great and very helpful.
We were participating in the Ironman and and they made it very easy for us to store our bikes and provide early breakfast on race day

Pros:

It was a short stay, but we were happy to find the lively restaurant there.

Cons:

Would have appreciated at least a Wiener schnitzel or jager schnitzel on the menu, since we don’t get to Germany often and love those two dishes. What we ate was delicious as well, but as I stated our time was limited.
