Me gustó todo.la ubicación,el hotel muy bonito con una terraza con vista espectacular,esas vistas por la noche que se ve el pueblo de Uchisar con su castillo iliminado ,Capadocia un destino para volver otra vez,un servicio impecable,me ayudaron en todo,me gestionaron todo,tours,subida en globo,no tuve que hacer nada,con unos precios muy buenos,volvería al mismo hotel sin pensarlo dos veces.
Ah! Y un gran desayuno,me encantó 👌

Harika bir deneyimdi. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Kapadokya’ya bir daha gelecek olsam yine burada konaklamayı tercih ederim.

Very friendly staff, he is serious about his work and is very happy to help us, the old room building, everything is perfect, I will recommend friends to come here。

The hotel was great, comfortable room, very clean and pretty, big bathroom and air conditioner. The breakfast was pretty good, it’s very complete and abundant, really delicious. On the other side we couldn’t used the terrace because of weather conditions but apart from that a really amazing place to stayed and the staff was very attentive and friendly. Would recommend!

Hardly luxurious but very accommodating hotel . Rooms very clean. Saw cave rooms but clerk took us to different rooms. ( Having been in 66 countries and quite practical I have seen that tipping a hotel desk clerk is a great investment). He suggested a third floor room. With little English it was obvious he recommended the room. That evening he took us 10 feet to the rooftop to watch the Pleiades meteor shower. They provided tea and soft drinks —- for essentially a mini United Nations of tourists from Libya, Indonesia and other places. It was something that did not have to be done and there was no charge. I can’t wait to go back.

I highly recommend staying at the Lucky Cave Hotel if you are visiting Cappadocia. The location is perfect: in the heart of the town, near the nicest restaurants and cool souvenir shops. The rooms have old-time charm with the comfort of modern hotels, and very clean. The owner - Gokhan - is a super helpful guy and goes out of his way to make your stay there comfortable. He arranged day tours and other activities for our group, saving us time and getting great deals for us. The breakfast is amazing: everything is freshly prepared and tasty. The interior is very tastefully done too. If you decide to stay at this hotel, have a cup of early morning Turkish coffee up in the terrace to enjoy the view of the flying balloons! Definitely a place worth staying at.

We were greeted by a busy gamer that rushed us to pay. He barely speak english and took us to our rooms with any explanation. The pictures of the hotel have nothing to do with the reality. They advertise “no limit time for the breakfast”. When we wanted to have breakfast the guy (Gökhan) asked us what we wanted and when we said “to have breakfast” he asked us what was the time, we said: 11 am then he said: “well, the breakfast is offered until 10 am”. Then he asked if we wanted to have our rooms cleaned and while I was walking to the exit I told my nephew, tell him yes. But Gökhan has a very sensitive and girly behave that he instructed the staff to not clean our rooms. We were the only guests at the place. When I went to the front desk to ask why the rooms weren’t cleaned I notices an Asian guy complaining of been robed in his room the day before, the guy at the front desk just answered him to return another day. Then I asked again about our rooms and the answer was: I’m the only one at the hotel and there’s nothing I can do. Then I asked if we could have at least clean towels and toilet paper and he said that he will deliver later. After a while I returned to the front desk to ask again for the requested supplies, the mobile of the guy rang and he told me: sorry I can’t help and I need to answer the call. We paid cash and they never gave us a receipt not a register paper. If you want to waste your money and have a bad experience go there. Under the beds the floor is disgusting, the hotel don’t have maintenance. The coffee cups were dirty, water from A/C melting in the WC, the hair dryer not functioning and the premises not cleaned and the landscape like a hunted house. I really regret to have paid 85€ per room per night cash.

The garden is very nice. And breakfast is fresh and good.

The hotel offers access to the terrace, from which you can see the hot air balloons in the mornings when flights are allowed.
There are many restaurants and souvenir shops near the hotel.

this is an late review but the hotel is excellent, the host is very nice and kind. Im glad that I end up to choose this hotel. definitely will come again I miss turkey so much 😭

The hotel is situated well in the center of all the action in Goreme - bus station, restaurants, souvenir shops and travel agencies. The sunset/sunrise view point is a 15 min walk. The breakfast is cooked right in front of you. The room has a cavy feel and looks exactly as advertised. The bathroom is spacious. The staff helps with anything you need from booking hot air balloon to directions where to go and what to do on your own. There is an observation terrace with swings where you can watch the flying balloons and take pictures.
