It was absolutely exceptional in every way. My only critique is thst the elevators are snail and as a result too much time waiting. It would be better if there were stairs if not elevators on both ends of the hotel not just the middle. But that is beyond minor. We can’t wait to come back.

Pros:

Riktigt bra vistelse på The Level. Jättefint rum med skön säng och stort badrum. Frukosten var kanonbra, saknade ingenting. Poolen och poolområdet var fint. Trevligt med fri dricka och tappas på eftermiddagen, samt buffén med kakor. Bra läge precis vid stranden och endast fem minuters promenad för att komma in i Gamla stan. Personalen var trevlig.

Ska man nämna något negativt så får det bli damen som förmodligen var någon form av chef, som gick runt och minglade med frukostgästerna. Hon var väldigt insmickrande och glad när hon pratade med, (som vi uppfattade det, stammisarna), medan hon inte gav övriga gäster så mycket som en blick eller leende. Hon borde få berättat för sig att allas pengar är lika mycket värda och faktiskt betalar hennes lön, samt att en så liten detalj i en annars 100% positiv vistelse kan väga över till att inte återvända.

Et stort hotell med topp beliggenhet. Etter at ha vært der 5 ganger så syns vi det har forandret seg litt. Ikke like bra denne gangen og føler vel at det koster mere en det smaker. Vi prøver at annet hotell neste gang.

Overall very good. A couple of points to consider. The adults only isn’t strictly true. There are children around the main pool and in the restaurant that you have to go to get your half board evening meal. Also in the restaurant the meal is included in your package of half board but the drinks aren’t not even a glass of water.
The adults only section is on level one of the hotel where you can drink and eat and have the canapés and snacks. This is a lovely space with amazing views but you aren’t allowed to take drinks to your room and no refreshments around the pool area unless you buy your own. I highly recommend this place but be mindful of the all inclusive label.
