Old world luxury. A very comfortable place to stay
Pros:

Elegant hotel on the Chao Phraya riverfront. Well appointed spacious rooms. Good location for restaurants and bars and easy access to public transport. Wonderfully helpful staff

Eine Institution, die wir seit 1995 immer wieder gern besucht haben - leider seither unverändert und somit spätestens jetzt aus der Zeit gefallen, außerdem seit einigen Jahren nach unserem Eindruck zum Tagungshotel verkommen. Das Frühstück am Fluß ist immer noch gut

Emplacement très bien , personnel très gentil et chambre très propre

Cons:

Manque un peu de choses continentale au petit déjeuner comme par exemple de la pâte à tartiner au chocolat

Check in took 20 mins
Arrived 4.15pm - only got key for second room 4.55pm
Room still not ready at 6.45pm (twin beds not made into king) 2 single beds (booked deluxe king)
Second room missing tv remote
Rooms smell bad
Bed bugs both rooms
Leaking dripping aircon in one room

We had a great time the hotel was amazing and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The pool area was fantastic the location was great the staff were wonderful and welcoming , room size was perfect and the cleaning staff did an excellent service every day .

The food in the main restaurant was average.
