انا واجهة مشكلة في الحجز وهي ان بوكينق حاط في وصف الغرف انه يرجد شطاف في دورات المياه وركن قهوه في الغرف ، ولكن لمى زرت الفندق اكدو لي ان جميع الغرف مافيها هذي المواصفات وان الخطأ من بوكينق .

Cons:

Le mobilier des chambres est vieillot par rapport à un hôtel de ce standing, le personnel n'est pas très accueillant par rapport à tous les autres hôtels que nous avons fait en Thailande. Au moment du check in on m'avait dit que le petit déjeuner était gratuit pour les moins de 12 ans et pourtant nous avons été facturés au moment du check out et la personne à la réception n'a rien voulu entendre.

Best place to stay if using public transport, BTS station 2 minutes walk and fairy 3 minutes.
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and great shower, also pillows were great and we had balcony.
Main pool area is amazing and staff look after the guest, drinks towels etc.
Love the river view at night.

Hotel molto bello, con camere eleganti, confortevoli e generalmente molto silenziose. Alcuni ambienti e dettagli delle stanze iniziano però a mostrare un po’ la loro età e meriterebbero un leggero ammodernamento. L’accoglienza è stata impeccabile, il personale sempre molto disponibile e cordiale. La colazione a buffet è varia e ben organizzata, mentre la posizione è molto comoda, soprattutto grazie al battello dell’hotel che permette di raggiungere facilmente IconSiam.

Cons:

L’unico vero punto negativo, a mio avviso, riguarda le camere con vista fiume. Per quanto la vista sia sicuramente suggestiva, le finestre non sono sufficientemente insonorizzate e il rumore delle barche sul si sente davvero molto...molto forte. Il passaggio delle imbarcazioni è frequente e rumoroso e, soprattutto ai piani più bassi (5/6), può continuare fino alle 3–4 del mattino, rendendo difficile dormire. Anche ai piani più alti, intorno al 21° piano, il rumore è ancora percepibile, seppur decisamente più attenuato. Anche l’aria condizionata è piuttosto rumorosa e potrebbe essere migliorata sotto questo aspetto.Consiglierei però, soprattutto a chi ha il sonno leggero, di evitare le camere con vista fiume e di privilegiare quelle affacciate verso l’interno della struttura. Ma anche lì non garantisco, le finestre non sono insonorizzate
