J'espérais mieux au final...
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et très confortable. Service impeccable mais c’est ce qu’on attend d’un 5 étoile.

Cons:

Je vais lister les points qui me semblent à améliorer ou qui m'ont un peu surpris pour ce niveau de standing affiché.
1/ La bouilloire en plastique fait cheap
2/ La prise à côté de la bouilloire n’est pas adaptée. Il faut donc la brancher ailleurs!
3/ Trace de calcaire sur les inox
4/ Mobilier du balcon un peu usagé pas très standing
5/ Balcon bruyant sur le pont . J’étais dans l’annexe chambre 758.
6/ Pas de lieu pour se changer à la piscine. Il faut le faire dans la douche ou les toilettes. Étrange!
7/ Matelas chaises piscine tâchés
8/ Bruit persistant et odeur des diesels des bateaux donc espace peu reposant.
9/ Salle petit-déjeuner bruyante. On se sent stressé.

Good fun, value for money hotel.
Pros:

Great pool area. Fabulous location on the river.

Very comfy beds and lovely quality bedding.

Cons:

Hotel is very tired in terms of decor. Rooms are very 1980s in terms of design.

Bar/restaurant service was very slow. Sometimes waiting 20+ minutes for coffee at breakfast.

Das Personal ist top, kompensiert strukturelle Probleme

Das Personal war grundsätzlich sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück Angebot in der Horizon Lounge war ausgezeichnet. Die Lage.

Cons:

Ist in die Jahre gekommen.
Die Liegen am großen Pool waren dreckig - ebenso der Fußboden darum herum.
Das Angebot am Abend in der Horizon Lounge war höchstens mittelmäßig:Im Vergleich mit Shangri-La Singapur zum Beispiel. Kaum etwas für Vegetarier. Zudem sehr stark ausgelastet. Was gegen ein exclusives Angebot spricht.

Still the Best Place to stay.
Pros:

Within 25 years we have bin many times here and like the place on the river very much. Of corse the near by MRT station and the many riverboat connections.

Cons:

BREAKFAST fantastic in comperidation to the price but the DINNER Buffet become too expensive now and A la Cart is not that what it was once, unfortunately.
