Worst stay at the Ozark’s.
Pros:

Proximity to where we planned on spending most of our time.

Cons:

Where to start - only 1 staff member I saw the whole time. No one is there after hours. Our room had a mold/mildew smell to it. Dead roach in the bathroom. Scuffs on the wall. Left our room morning of the 9th and a guy was smoking weed in the hallway while a staff member was cleaning his room. No elevator. Stairs were filthy. Upkeep outside the hotel isn’t the greatest. They’re growing a garden in the back on the grounds (worried about the upkeep of a garden but not the upkeep of your hotel, weird). Pillows smelled like body odor. Stains on the sheets. Dated sink. Dated bathroom. Toilet isn’t ADA. Toilet paper is cheap and single ply. Wouldn’t allow us to check in until 4, but check out is 11.

Was close to a few restaurants in the highway

Cons:

Rooms were not clean ants were everywhere. Breakfast, both days was bad.Staff was not cooperative at all. Asked to have 4 rooms together and they scattered us all over both buildings. Stayed there a few years ago and it was nice.Don't know what happened to them , but we'll never stay there again

Was definitely not worth $250 for two nights. There's better hotels in the area for that price

Pros:

The bed was comfortable. We slept well. Room was clean

Cons:

When we arrived to check in, we walked past 2 people smoking dope by the door, no one was at the counter. Sign said be back soon. Waited 5 minutes. Then the people that were smoking dope came in and waited on us. Very un professional. Lobby and hallways felt dirty

Pros:

The property was filthy. The first room we went into there was poop on the toilet seat. The front desk clerk eventually took me through five different rooms before we found one that was actually clean for me to stand in. She blamed it on the Indian housekeepers.🙄
Also, I went outside in the front desk. Lady was in her car, screaming and wishing death on someone on the phone. I actually have the sun recording.

Perfect location - walked to near by restaurant. Clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Breakfast was great - also had to ask for a few amenities we forgot - they gave them to us - no charge. Front desk person was very kind.

Cons:

It would be nice if the fan on the AC unit could be left on all night to drown out noise. I would have liked to have another blanket available.
