Great value for the price I’ll be back!
Pros:

Very comfortable and clean for the most part with friendly staff and great breakfast!

Cons:

Could have been a little cleaner especially in the hallway and the pool wasn’t open for half the time

Pros:

The location was good and price! The breakfast was okay though :)

Cons:

The bathroom was dirty and the shower rod was barely on there. Very small TV. The pool had so much chlorine we couldnt swim long and the pool house was so janky and fixed half way. And the other pool was out of order.

Worth the money (free breakfast, indoor and outdoor pool, & free parking).
Pros:

Overall, I had a great experience. Most of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout my stay.

After driving for several hours, I arrived with a very large, heavy suitcase and asked where the elevator was. I was disappointed to learn there wasn't one, as my room was originally located upstairs. The staff member immediately offered to have another employee use the staff-only elevator to help transport my luggage. Although I declined because I didn't want anyone to go out of their way, I was genuinely touched by the offer.

When I stepped back outside to grab something from my car and returned a few minutes later, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the front desk attendant had already switched me to a first-floor room so I wouldn't have to struggle carrying my suitcase up the stairs. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that made a lasting impression.

Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find, and I truly appreciated the staff's kindness, initiative, and willingness to make my stay more comfortable.

Cons:

The room was comfortable overall but could benefit from some minor repairs and renovations. While nothing significantly impacted my stay, updating a few areas and addressing small maintenance issues would enhance the overall guest experience and improve the property's appearance. Also, the outdoor pool was closed and we were really looking forward to the outdoor pool.

A mistake in booking!
Pros:

Not a single thing!!!!

Cons:

Starters room wasn't clean! There was a empty beer bottle with a receipt in the window seal. Front loops on the floor, white droplets on end table, hair on the bath room floor, smears of liquid on the walls, MOLD on The ac unit. The pictures online of the rooms do not match! I would have never booked this room for my daughter and I.
Not to mention the toilet kept backing up!
I felt like my skin was crawling!! I have photos and would like a refund! Oh and the bathroom door DONT shut.

Good,
Pros:

Breakfast had a big variety and plenty of bacon!!!!
Bed was very comfortable and the room had to large mirrors.

Cons:

Didnt like the way our luggage was taken to the second floor, because the service elevator had to be unlocked by the desk person and he was sometimes hard to find. Entrance seems very dangerous and easily missed when coming the direction we came.

The room looked clean but had a bad moldy smell people smoking pot in the building you could smell it very strong had a hard time breathing and couldn't sleep at night because of people slamming doors running up and down the hallway we had to leave the next day because no sleep and had trouble breathing. Further more the swimming pool was not safe to get in the bars for helping getting in the pool were missing the pool was filled 3 days before we got there trash outside the rear entrance door where you sit to enjoy the outside. I had to cancel the Friday and Saturday stay now iam not happy with the situation no one wants to refund me on one day I didn't stay .So if booking. Com does this to their customers I want no part of their business or the hotels

Probably won’t visit again but it wasn’t horrible
Pros:

It was quiet and centrally located. Get in and get out quickly

Cons:

Didn’t look like the photos. Needs to be updated. Outside as well inside. The staff didn’t speak much. Looked like people that came off the street. No uniforms no friendly smiles

Online description totally false when you get there and see it in person
Pros:

The place was really unclean. The staff was not professional. There was actually smoking of marijuana by staff members going on. And that was right outside the door to the hotel. The hallway was filthy. The room was OK, but you can definitely tell there was a little bit of mold around some areas, especially in the bathroom. Overall, not recommending this to friends and I feel like I should get a refund. Outdoor pool was closed which kind of pissed us off because that wasn’t advertised.

Cons:

Appreciate what you have in the customers that value what they pay for. Don’t lie to them don’t paint a pretty picture when they actually get there. It’s not.
