Days Inn by Wyndham Osage Beach Lake of the Ozarks

The lady at the front desk is very rude and has a attitude all the time she called are room at 10 in the morning trying to rush us to check out them came and beat on the door telling us we had to be out at 11 when I paid extra for a 2:00 pm check out . Even when we were checking in and out she was just rude . People with attitudes like that shouldn't be dealing with customers

Nobody at desk before 3pm
Took 3 times for keys to work
Room was not very nice looked like a bunch of repairs have taken place. The rooms should have been cheaper because of the condition.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed.

Pool close to early

The outdoor pool was green and not open - I did not like the transparency on accommodations available - the front desk rep was nice but had no clue what was available or not at the time or requesting room - waited till check in time for a connected room that was not available- so had to take separate rooms and beds were not large enough to sleep my husband and I both comfortable and my children were separated from us. We checked out a day early. When asked about my money back on the 2nd night for both rooms I was told it would be put back on my card that was given for incidentals although I paid the entirety in cash - no one could give me a time frame ( no 3-5 bus. Days not 7-10 days not anything - I had to keep asking the time frame). Room was ok in cleanliness but note that I had to take a towel and wipe down the walls of my shower before bathing because they were covered with dust. There should be a clear and concise way of communicating between the persons responsible for front desk duties. The head guy seemed to busy to come out of the back room when the actual check- in time came also note.

Need more towels in room upon check in. Could hear the people walking above us and someone snoring in the middle of night.

The outdoor pool wasn't clean. I went to the pool indoors and when u walk on the concrete to get in the pool , it was coming up and sticking to ur feet.
