Pros:

방은 생각보다 넓고 좋았는데... 3인으로 연박예약해도 방 자체가 기본2인방이라 그런지 수건은 계속 2인으로 준비해주셔서 리셉션에서 매번 1인 추가 수건을 요청해야 하는 불편함이 있습니다. 또, 방 안에 화장대나 거울같은게 하나도 없어서 너무 불편해요

Das Hotel ist mit dem Bus gut zu erreichen und liegt in einer Seitenstarße.Ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich direkt im EG.

방음이 전혀 되지않아서 옆방소음에 새벽4시까지 시달리다가 방 좀 바꿔달라해도 안 바꿔줘서 걍 첵크아웃하고 옆 호텔가서 잤음

전반적인 룸 컨디션과 상태는 좋았습니다. 다만 모텔을 개조한 것 같은 느낌, 그래서 전반적으로 모텔에서 나는 싸구려 향과 분위기가 풍기는 점은 별로였습니다. 주변 환경도 시끄럽고 저속했습니다.

친절한 직원의 응대는 좋았으나
룸 청소상태는 별로였어요.(욕실은 청결)
룸에 있는 냉장고위,TV대 먼지가 쌓여있어
제가 닦았습니다.
그리고 1층에 편의점있어 편리했어요.

7층은 방이더 넓고 시설도 더 좋았습니다.

숙소바닥은 청소가되지않아 끈적거리고 맨발로다니면 발바닥이 까맣게 변할정도로 더러웠다.새벽까지 세탁기를 돌리고 소란스럽게 해서 새벽 1시까지 잠을 잘 수 없었으며 베개에서는 냄새가 났다.변기 안쪽이 검정색일정도로 더러웠다. 매니저가 친절했지만 대처는 아쉽고 이 숙소는 실망스러웠다

비즈니스 호텔 정도로 생각했는데 그냥 모텔촌에 있는 모텔이네요..
환기도 잘 안되고, 방음도 잘 안되고, 수압도 너무 약하고

음... 그냥 일반 모텔이라 생각하면 됩니다.
새로 지어서 시설이랑 더 좋고 할줄알았는데 그건 아니더라구요.
조식도 주고 1박하기에는 그냥 무난합니다.

Pros:

이벤트 방이여서 노래방 기기가 있더라구요 급하게 예약 했던거라 지하에 있는걸 모르고 했는데 방은 엄청 넓고 시설은 괜찮았어요 다만 지하라 지하 특유의 답답함감과 습함(제습기가 있어 틀고 나서는 좀 괜찮았어요)그치만 직원분들이 엄청 친절했고 보일러랑 제습기도 틀어주셔서 습기부분도 잘 해결 되었구요 특히 아이들이 노래방 기기가 있어 잘 놀더라구요^^
