Pros:

El hotel es bonito y tiene un spa (aunque no puedo opinar porque no tuve tiempo de usarlo).
Nos coordinaron el taxi al aeropuerto.

Cons:

Las camas son demasiado blandas.
Nos hicieron esperar para el check in y nos querían cobrar por salír un rato más tarde.
La cafetera funcionaba pésimo.
No había acondicionador. Ya me parece pésimo que pongan un solo gel para cuerpo y pelo para que encima ni siquiera haya acondicionador.

Das freundliche Personal. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Das Zimmer war freundlich eingerichtet, schön hell und sehr geschmackvoll. Die Rezeption war immer besetzt. Alle Fragen wurden freundlich, höflich und zuvorkommend beantwortet.

Pros:

Nocujemy w tym hotelu dość często, kilka razy w roku. To pięknie położony na skraju parku cichy butikowy hotel. Miła obsługa, restauracja na miejscu, parking przy hotelu. Nadal pewnie będziemy wracać.

Cons:

Obserwujemy zmiany, które są niekorzystne w odbiorze - zwłaszcza dla stałych klientów. Śniadania, które kiedyś były tu wyjątkowe stały się ostatnio przeciętne - zdecydowanie mniejszy wybór, bez finezji, która cechowała to miejsce. Parking od jakiegoś czasu jest dodatkowo płatny ale - co dziwi najbardziej - za pobyt w czterogwiazdkowym hotelu zaczęto pobierać opłatę "z góry" za cały pobyt.

Świetna lokalizacja; duży parking; świetne śniadanie. Cicho w pokoju, mimo, że jesteś w dużym mieście.
