When I arrived, I immediately noticed that the glass doors at the lobby were very dirty, which instantly gave a bad impression. When we walked into the room, we
0 noticed that the floors were sticky, and that the bath towels were badly stained. The mirrors were stained as well, and there were pubic hairs on the bathtub. The shower head was broken, and water was leaking out of the shower. The shower curtain was full of mold. On top of that, there was no shampoo or soap, and the body wash bottle was empty. A puddle of water was under the AC unit. Lastly, there were no blankets supplied for the first night.

Dirty bed sheets, has pee on it. when we were sleeping i checked at 1am on my son’s side that smells pee on his bed, my son is potty trained and the bed there so stinky. we had to sleep on the other bed. all three of us. no crib good too good thing we were near on walmart so we bought the cosco playard $50. i don’t want my one year old baby sleep on their bed. it’s a ghetto place. the pool has trash and bugs! i had a lot of bites!

Gross, disgusting, roaches, no towels or wash clotures provided at all. Mold all over shower curtain AB’s shelled off mold that a poor job was done trying to cover the smell.

staff wasn’t very approachable, the building looks very run down. And the AC did not cool the room at all :( very uncomfortable bed. We had a bottle of conditioner but no shampoo. Outside access which didn’t make me feel very safe. would not recommend

Expensive, dirty room, pool had no water in it, no wash cloths shower curtain was gross bottom of bathroom door was nasty toilet ran all night

Broken toilet, finally moved us after 3 hrs.....rude agent on desk....charged extra for parking and wi-fi.....mold in tub and shower curtain....looks like it hasn't been properly cleaned in months.... definitely will not be recommending or staying here again

Hotel (motel) was nothing like pictures. Our room was way outdated. Sink is clogged. Could not flush toilet 2 times in a row(a minimum of 10 minutes in between). Needed to check in early and only could for an extra $40. Rip off

No tv no WiFi. dirty place filthy outside the door also.

The rooms are filthy. They never clean. They literally just remake the bed. No sheet change. Our beds had hairs and other stains in them. The bathroom towels were all brown stained. The bathroom shower curtain had visible blackmold and reeked. My wife refused to even use the shower. There were also white stains all over the counter tops. This is the most unhygienic hotel I've ever stayed in. We went to the lobby to complain, while waiting 3 other groups of guests complained about the cleanliness too. They told us a cleaner would be up shortly but never showed. Thankfully we brought our own sheets and used those.

The rooms were not as expected nothing like the pictures. Tv didn’t work and the soaps in the bathroom were empty.

The location was good, but unfortunately, that was about the best part of our stay. This was a last-minute holiday trip to Galveston, so we understood our options were limited and tried to make the best of it.

The property looked run-down, and the room was missing basic amenities like hand soap. The beds only had sheets, with the blankets left in the closet. One blanket looked and smelled fine, but another was dirty, smelled bad, and had stains that looked like blood or rust.

The pool area was very dark when we went around 7:45 PM, and the lights didn't come on until about 8:20. We also left because the chlorine smell was extremely strong.

The next morning, we woke up itchy with bite marks on our feet and legs. Breakfast was also disappointing—the tables were dirty, trash was full, choices were very limited, and the juice, coffee, and waffle mix all seemed watered down.

We weren't expecting luxury, just a clean and comfortable place for our family. Unfortunately, we won't be returning and would not recommend this hotel to families.
