Only thing I like is that it's right across from the beach at a light making it easy to cross.
For starters, the hidden fee for parking each day just to be there, not even mentioned when you book the room. By the time we paid for the room, parking, pet fee of 25 a day, and 100 dollar deposit, we could have paid for a nice room. The rooms are dirty and very well worn, making a pet fee honestly rediculous. There was water dripping from a metal plate above the shower, seeming from upstairs room. The TV did not work right at all. What picture it had would come in at times and then parts of the picture were blackened at times. The screen looked like it was messed up. When I asked to have a couple towels they said they didn't have enough. None of the ice machines worked I was directed to. I feel that I should have a partial refund. They used to be decent facilities there. Not sure what has happened. There's more but I don't want to rant anymore, cause I'm usually pretty easy going.

I got a hotel room for a family member. When he arrived they wouldn't let him stay without an $200 damage deposit. When I attempted to contact the hotel the phone number rang until the call dropped. Even Booking.com could not reach the hotel. I attempted to send an email but never got a response.

3. Trash cans full and not emptied.
4. Room was not dusted.
only thing good about this was being walking distance from the beach everything else was just terrible
our room was nasty sheets had stains on them floors had food hair was all in the hair dryer and sink the bed boards looked like that haven’t been wiped down in a long time. then when i went to tell front desk he appeared frustrated towards me and trying to say that wasn’t right making me seem like i was just making it up
It was close to the hospital. I was there for the birth of my grandchild.
The fact that I paid through booking.com but was still charged a $50 deposit when I arrived and still hasnt been returnedtomyaccount. . Also, was put in the very back of the building when there were plenty of rooms up front and the fact I had to look for the comforter and mattress cover that was located in a closet and not on the bed.
The property was located perfectly for the reason that I booked it. Truly right across from the beach.
There was a large gap under the door that allowed bugs and roaches into the room. Their advertisement of coffee/tea pot in the room was false. I have a travel coffee pot that had I would have brought. When we asked the gentleman behind the desk he just said no, even when told that they advertise it.

The first room had a 8in x 6in hole in the ceiling. The plaster was on the floor. The second room had the door of the fridge leaning against the desk. They did change out the refrigerator. The room was not cleaned the week we were there. We were told it was to save water. I had 2 kids, we had to ask several times for clean towels, we finally went and bought some. They would not even come sweep the floor. We were across from the beach and there was alot of sand. The bed had a depression in the middle and was just dirty overall. The free breakfast was not good. There was not even a coffee maker in the room.

There was mold above our heads. The bathroom mirror was not fixed on the wall and I used a Kleenex box to hold the bottom out so I could see in it. The vanity felt like it was collapsing it wasn’t level.
