15 dollar parking every 24 hrs and your also paying for a room I feel like that should be combined in your stay all the soaps in the bath are empty very few things in the breakfast pool water is green

The whole stay from the time I got there on Mon until I checked out early on Friday morning was absolutely horrible. The staff were very rude had to pay 15 per day there up front for parking which Ive never had to do. Got to the room it was very nasty and looked as if it had not been cleaned in months. There were no towels wash cloths etc and the excuse was we are out due to the weekend being busy ill bring you some later which never happened had to go back three hours later and ask for towels again which I got only two of and had a party of three. There is no housekeeping here that cleans your room so on the third day there I asked for new bed linens and was told I could have sheets only but not a clean blanket The pool was solid green and unhealthy looking which the whole week there i never seen not one person get in. The cops were at the hotel the whole week looking for people or for getting called in on over people at the hotel. I was also charged 100 dollars extra for who knows what because the staff could not tell me and stated I would get refunded back the morning I checked out which still has not happened. I asked the night I got there and seen the room after paying could I be refunded and have my money back immediately and go elsewhere I was told it would take 7 to 15 business days so had no option but to stay there. This whole stay was absolutely HORRIBLE ,DISGUSTING, MISERABLE and I have called the main corporate office to report all this. I will never go back to this facility or any others affiliated with this company and will make sure I let everyone know to never waste there time or money on a place that's rude and disgusting as this place that I wasted for my vacation.

The room was filthy, no towels, no washcloths, floor was not swept/mopped, tv had a crack going through it and we couldn’t watch it, the room phone did not work, mirrors had smears and handprints all over it, mold in mini fridge, the free breakfast…there wasn’t one. They had no juice/coffee, no hot breakfast, one kind of cereal, only sliced bread, no butter, no plastic ware….absolutely horrible!

No room service for 1 day
Bed covers was nasty
Find one cockroach
Breakfast was terrible
No shampoo and soap and the bottles really bad service no recommended

There was an additional $15 dollar charge for parking upon check in that was not previously disclosed. The room was not stocked with anything, there were no towels, hand towels, wash cloths, not even a tiny bar of soap. No coffeemaker in the room. The bed wasn't made with comforters, they were stuffed in a closet.

We had bed bugs, water leaking, mold on ceiling, door didn't lock or close all the way. The breakfast in the morning things were broken to fix breakfast also the pool was green. The guy upfront refused to give us a new room or a refund.

I had a total of four people and we were only allowed two towels and couldn't get any extra towels unless we turned in the dirty towels the shampoo conditioner lotions were all empty swimming pool water was green with algae not swimmable, breakfast was horrible they only had bread literally overall I paid too much money to get cheated out of my money. They also false advertise because the pictures look nothing like what the room or the swimming pool look like.

Bed bugs

Nothing to really like, need new management, need new cleaning crew, readjust all rooms. The room was dirty they should be fixed correctly and the restroom had hairs in the shower still the curtains had stains and the smell overall wasnt it. We didnt even get to eat breakfast there was nothing left when we got there @830 and it was so messy. The only thing good was abt it is the beach right in front

La habitación que nos dieron esta sucia el baño ni se diga muy sucio las camas no tenía edredo solo una sabana.
Booking tiene una fotos muy bonitas pero en realidad asi no está

The rooms literally couldn’t have passed state inspections 😳

Additional hold charges for incedents after already paying for room 2 days prior to check in. Additional $30 charge to go into room 1 hour early. No coffee maker in room, no ice at hotel, no place for pets to potty outside due to stickers everywhere in the small grass area, but the hotel is pet friendly.
