Absolutely nothing!

No towels. No blanket on the bed. Pool was dirty during peak season. Restroom was broke.

The whole entire property was filthy trash everywhere the rooms had mold in them they weren't completely cleaned I had no blankets for the beds there was dirty Linens thrown in the closet the coffee at breakfast you could see through it it was so watered down the same with the orange juice the breakfast was very limited

The staff, the room on general didn’t have anything we needed no toilet paper, no towels had to make our own bed when we got there at midnight on Sunday!! Won’t suggest this motel to Anyone!! Won’t ever go back!!

Sheets on the bed were too small, roaches in room, construction was going on until after 12:30 am, no ice, trash everywhere, parking lot was way too small. The price for that one night enduring all of the problems, was outrageous.

No ponen shampoo estaba algo sucio, el desayuno no esta bueno no dejan usar la piscina y cobran el estacionamiento. La verdad no vuelvo a hospedarme aquí.

This place needs work. There’s mold in the bathrooms, everything was unplugged when we checked in (tv, microwave, mini fridge, etc.)

The environment was nothing like the pictures depicted online. The room smelled like mold. There weren't any bath towels. There was old store bought muffins in one of the chest drawers. There was trash in the parking lot. I didn't know I had to pay $15 for parking.The place felt neglected and unsafe. I tried to stay but I couldn't. I checked out a couple of hours after I arrived. It's not about being bougie. It's about being deceived and not valued as a customer.

EVERYTHING! ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED WHEN WE GOT THERE, IT NOT ONCE CLEANED AFTER EITHER. NO BEDDING ON ONE BED! 2 TOWELS FOR 4 PEOPLE! THE ENTIRE STAY! DIRTY FLOORS, BATHTUB HAD PRIVATE PARTS HAIR, SOME KIND OF SLIME IN IT, SHOWER CURTAIN MOLD ALL OVER IT, HUGE SPOTS ON CURTAINS OF MOLD, MOLD ON WALLS, ON SHEETS, ON PICTURES. BREAKFAST WAS INCLUDED AND NOTHING WAS AVAILABLE AT 820 AM WHEN BREAKFAST WAS SUPPOSE TO LAST UNTIL 9. ALL 3 DAYS.. POOL WAS SUPPOSE TO BE AVAILABLE. NOT ONCE WAS IT. THIS HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY BEEN THE WORST VACATION IN OUR LIVES. AND THE AMOUNT OF MONEY SPENT WAS REDICULOUS. AND HAD NO IDEA A DEPOSIT WAS NEEDED AND $15 PARKING PER DAY. WHAT IS THAT ALL ABOUT. WEVE STAYED AT THIS LOCATION BEFORE AND NEVER HAD TO PAY A DEPOSIT OR PARKING. EMPLOYEES ALL EXCEPT ONE WAS POLITE. THE MEN THAT OVER SEE THIS PROPERTY DEFINITELY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR WOMEN.... THERE WAS NOT ONE TIME WE WALKED IN AND SOMEONE OR 3 OTHERS WERE IN THERE COMPLAINING ABOUT MAJOR ISSUES AS WELL. THESE ARE NOT SMALL ISSUES. THIS IS MAJOR HEALTH ISSUES... AND WRONG FOR NOT PUTTING ON THEIR SITE THAT THE POOL WASNT GOING TO BE OPEN. NOTHING WAS WRONG with the pool. People would get in it and you would hear the man screaming to the top of his lungs rudely to remove themselves. But no sign, no employee telling us at check in the pool wasn't able to be used. Nothing about this property is of safety standards, health standards. I wouldn't allow a dog to stay at this place. In allll my hotel stays. And there have been hundreds ive never been done this way, never dealt with anything like this in my entire life.

It felt like we were camping more than being in a hotel the room was dirty There were cockroaches. Staff made excuses about everything. We were denied access to washcloths and were told to use our own hand. The pool was not open and we got excuses every time we asked why. There was trash all over the parking lot. AC barely worked. I had to go buy two fans just to accommodate us in the room. I spent $611 to feel like I was camping in a tent.

1) the tv never worked though we told the office almost five times
2) the internet was on and off
3) they charged us 15 dollars for parking and saw someone else being charged 10 dollars… just feel cheated
4) heard lots if other guests complaining about water leakage in rooms
5) there was garbage bags on the stairs and overall the place has the feeling of a rundown place.
6) management needs to get more help.
7) the breakfast ran out of green tea and people had TJ wait for milk and I gave up on the waffle as was tired of asking and waiting
People come to vacation to escape from home but I could not wait to go back home … please improve as you can make a vacation memorable or leave accurate…. If hospitality is not your forte please don’t do it. Would not recommend booking here. Find something else if you want a good time

The water that was under the laminate floor seeping out and everyone you stepped it would make water bubbles come out. Also that’s on the third floor in room 339 so good luck underneath that one. Mold in toilet.
