Great hotel close to the station. Comfortable room, plenty of space. We didn't eat the hotel. Very close to lots of nice restaurants & bars and walkable to the main attractions in the old town. A great find & a reasonable price.

The location near the train station was convenient, and the housekeeping staff did a good job of keeping the room clean and well maintained.
The room was very basic, and the air conditioning was extremely noisy. Unfortunately, opening the window was not an alternative due to the considerable noise from outside. And I asked for a quiet room in a email before.
The breakfast could also be improved. Although fresh fruit was available, it was cut into excessively large pieces and not prepared carefully enough. A lot of melon pieces had very hard parts, and the pineapple had black spots that guests had to cut off themselves. More protein options, such as quark, would be welcome. The coffee was disappointing, especially in a city like Turin, which is famous for its excellent coffee.
Unfortunately, the service was the biggest disappointment. Several staff members, particularly those in more senior positions, were unfriendly, failed to greet us or simply ignored us.
At check-out, a staff member insisted that a payment on my credit card was only a pre-authorisation, even though I showed him evidence that the amount had actually been charged. He continued to insist he was right and eventually dismissed the matter by saying it could be a gift from the hotel. I had also overheard another guest having a similar dispute immediately beforehand.
This raises concerns about the hotel’s payment system and communication. Such issues should be investigated rather than repeatedly leaving guests feeling as though they are at fault.
Overall, the unfriendly service and lack of professionalism significantly affected our stay. I would not choose this hotel again.

Public spaces are run down. Our room was mostly clean, mostly okay but the facilities are in desperate need of an upgrade.
Erg fijn hotel in goede buurt, onder de arcaden, tegenover het station. Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Royale kamer. Uitstekend ontbijt met veel keuze. Meteen om de hoek ligt de oude binnenstad van Torino, die schitterend is. Veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt. De moderne en schone metro brengt je in 10 minuten van het station Torino Porta Nuova bij het grote congrescentrum van Torino, Lingotto Fiere. Hier willen we zeker nog wel eens terug.

Porta Nuova駅の斜め前。地下鉄駅からも直ぐ。設備は一流のシティーホテルのレベル。冷房もちゃんと効いており、シングルだったので部屋は広くはなかったが、バスタブもあり申し分なかった。価格からすればお得感あり。
特に無いが、この辺りは外から見ると同じように見える建物が並んでいるので少し入口が分かり難かった。
Avevo già avuto modo di soggiornare in questo Hotel che ha confermato i precedenti giudizi. Struttura elegante a pochi passi dalla stazione. Ambiente confortevole, camera spaziosa e disponibilità di una ampia hall in cui potersi intrattenere. Il personale si è confermato cortese, disponibile e professionale. Colazione abbondante con ampia scelta di dolci e salati che viene servita in una grande ed elegante sala.
