Hotel de lo más recomendable
Pros:

El personal de recepción excepcional.
Desayuno muy completo y preparados para celiácos e intolerantes a la lactosa.

Cons:

Muchísimo calor en la habitación aun con la calefacción apagadda. No tienen aire acondicionado.
El bar de recepción está siempre cerrado y el camarero que nos tocó muy antipático.

Hôtel calme, chambre spacieuse et propre, lit en 180x200 de très bonne qualité, hôtel super bien placé en face de la gare et du métro, petit déjeuner continental OK, service de bagagerie très appréciable

Cons:

Télé minuscule, douche trop petite pour les grands gabarits (moins de 80cm !), trop chaud malgré le chauffage coupé (et pas de possibilité de mettre la clim), attention au prix du minibar et du restaurant

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. They truly go above and beyond to make guests feel valued.
One of the things I appreciated most was their flexibility. I arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, and they kindly accommodated me without any hassle. Likewise, on my departure day, they allowed me a late check-out, which made my travel plans much more relaxed and stress-free.
A big thank you to the entire team for their kindness and hospitality—I will definitely be returning!
