Una persona de recepción mal educada y mal profesional
Pros:

Situado junto a la Estación Central y próximo al centro.
Instalaciones bien pero algo antiguas y algunas desgastadas.
Camas cómodas y buen desayuno

Cons:

Hicimos el chek-in sobre las 10, 30 de la mañana donde nos tomaron los DNI y fotocopiaron y dejamos maletas en consigna ya que no nos daban las habitaciones hasta las 15 horas.
Cuando volvimos a recepción a las 16 horas, una persona de recepción nos volvió a pedir los DNI. Al decirle que ya lo habíamos dado y que tenían nuestros datos y que no teniamos que repetir la entrega de documentos, esa persona de aspecto obeso y en tono grotesco y mal educado nos dijo que teníamos que darlo y de forma insistente y en mal tono.
Al negarnos, ya salió otra persona responsable y lo soluciono sin tener que darle de nuevo los DNI.
En un hotel de 4 estrellas no puede atender al público una persona que no hace bien su trabajo y que es un mal educado. El responsable de recepción nos pidió disculpas pero ya nos causó una mala imagen del hotel.

Purtroppo la pulizia della stanza e del bagno lasciava molto a desiderare. Il bidet era sporco, un cucchiaino usato era sul tavolo al mio arrivo e non è stato mai sostituito durante i giorni del mio soggiorno.

Das Hotel würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder wählen.

Wunderbares grosses Zimmer, herrliches Frühstück, grossartige Lage beim Hauptbahnhof, jedoch ruhig,
in begehbarer Nähe zu historischen Gebäuden, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Museen.
