Torino este un oraș interesant care merită vizitat. În weekend este aglomerat.

Micul dejun bun, nu foarte variat

Cons:

Balcoanele camerelor erau inchise(zidite). Restaurantul, hotelul nu au o terasa unde sa servești o cafea sau un aperitiv în aer liber.

The staff... 100% the staff. We had an issue during our second night. The room was extremely noisy, because of the ac system, but the staff was super helpful at 3:00 in the morning, the guy that was the night shift (I'm sorry that ai forgot his name) found us a new room and upgraded us because of the inconvenience. We are super thankful, this guy deserves a raise!

Good stay but not as good as previous visits.
Pros:

We have, over the past 20 years stayed in this hotel. We. like its location, the overall standard of the hotel and the facilities.
We have a son who has been living in Turin for twenty years.
We visit at least once a year and have stayed in many hotels in the area of this hotel.

Cons:

This time we had a small room that lacked sufficient storage for our clothes. We got the impression that because it was cheaper than other comparable hotels at the time of booking that we were given a poorer room. In the past we have booked this hotel via British Airways and were always given a much better room on lower floor!

Pros:

Mi è piaciuto tutto, ottimo hotel in posizione strategica, a due passi dal centro e di fronte alla stazione di Porta Nuova, la struttura è molto bella, pulizia massima nella camera, stanza spaziosa e letto soffice, personale cortese e disponibile, sicuramente lo consiglio e ritornerò ad alloggiare qui appena ripasserò da Torino. Grazie.
