Comfy as always!
Pros:

Beds are always comfy. Pillows too! The location is very convenient.

Cons:

If there is a party or event, the parking lot gets very full and those that paid to stay must hike the parking lot after parking a mile away.. Also, 1 of the elevators was down and made for slow exit.

Beautiful and comfortable.
Pros:

We always stay at this hotel when we are in the area. Beautiful setting and great location. Pool area is a plus although no swimming this time.

Cons:

My only negative is that we returned to the hotel after 11pm one night and the parking lot was packed because of an event and we had to park quite far.

Broken promises and poor follow-up
Pros:

Despite being told that I had a food and beverage credit on check-in with my Diamond status, I was still charged. Manager said it’s because my employer uses a third party booking and couldn’t correct it. It’s not about the money, it’s the principle. Very disappointed that they couldn’t make things right.

One hotel we will not stay again!
Pros:

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. As a diamond member we were informed a $15 credits per guest per day on food and beverage. We had breakfast there on both days. We were only credited $30 for 2 people for 1 day, not 2 days. I was on the phone for 53 minutes with both Hilton and this hotel regarding this problem. According to the hotel customer service rep, C. Delacruz that it's their hotel policy that no credits will be given on the day you check-out. We have stayed in many Hilton Hotels around the world and have never ever heard of that hotel breakfast will not be included on the day you check-out. At the end, C. Delacruz did not want to deal with me on the phone anymore and unwillingly credited me the $30 credits for the 2nd day. This is one hotel we will never ever stay in the future.
