Exceptional staff, and in a great location.
Pros:

The outstanding aspect of our stay was the exceptional staff - helpful, happy, always available and willing. Three lovely days at this hotel. Also…a great location. We would be delighted to stay there again.

Cons:

The only thing that was laborious was checkout. There wasn’t a queue but the paperwork took an age…15 minutes! Seemed less the fault of the young woman on the desk…more the system itself… and the requirement to print out 6 or more pages, repeat versions of things we had already paid for on our pre-authorised card. Waste of time, wasted of paper.

Cons:

Although the breakfast was generally good the hot food buffet I found was not hot enough, it is difficult to keep cooked food hot I understand but it was barely warm this morning.maybe a microwave would be a good idea to reheat if required.

Easy access to centre and the concert venue
Pros:

Location was central friendly staff well decorated lovely comfortable room

Cons:

Smell on entering downstairs, noisy in the morning outside room expensive breakfast which we did not eat
