Great stay, love staying here, will be back. Not sure dinner upgrade is worth doing
Pros:

Paid more for dinner upgrade but amount saved was less than paid in advance- so in future not worth doing will just book and pay dinner on arrival. Got disabled room and was upgraded, really appreciated and meant could use my chair in room. Staff very helpful

Cons:

Just meal upgrade needs to be better value or not worth doing. Nowhere on booking .com does it state what is included so can make informed decision or ensure getting deal that’s paid for

Very disappointed at Hilton Leeds

Just the location

Cons:

The facilities. Ground floor stinks of sewage/poo in the morning food for breakfast not labelled properly which makes .it unsafe for allergies.
Plates unwashed. Tried 3 different plates and there was food from previous customer on all three of them from the meanttobeclean . Not washed but you could clearly see it was wiped .
Bed very uncomfortable . This was to celebrate my wifes and I 15 wedding anniversary very disappointed 😞

Shower curtain a bit outdated/unhygienic. Toilet flush quite difficult, very tight turns in car park.

Perfect stay at a perfect price
Pros:

Great location. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was perfect and lots of choice.

Cons:

Slightly noisy fan in the room. And you can hear the train station tannoy system (this can’t be helped though due to location).

Very expensive repairing the car
Pros:

Staff were very pleasant

Cons:

The car park is dangerous and not fit for purpose for larger vehicles it is far too tight and we damaged our car accessing the last ramp down to the barriers !!!

Also the entrance and first floor reception, bar and restaurant has a seriously bad smell of drains !!!
