Fine, decent price
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Breakfasts fine, one good evening meal. Room okay.

Cons:

Room too warm at night (min. 18 degrees) and pillows very soft. Location on other side of "dark arches" not the best. One of two lifts out of order, so long waits to get up and down from 11th floor.

Location, bar area, staff.

Cons:

The room was very clean but it was tired. Furniture was broken and a lift out of order.

Also the car park does not lend itself to modern suv cars.

Pros:

Location of hotel was brilliant
Reception staff were quick efficient and very helpful.
The gent that helped us at breakfast was also lovely

Excellent place to stay but beware of Parkinf
Pros:

Kae, was excellent on check in and made it a pleasant onboarding experience. The room was clean and everything worked as expected. Bar and reception had a good feel.

However it wasn’t clear until I arrived that I needed to pay for overnight parking. That may (not necessarily would) have changed my hotel decision. What would have changed it though is how narrow the parking tunnel is.

Great stay!
Pros:

Just had a great stay at the Hilton Leeds. We have been going to this hotel annually for over 20 years and have always had a very good experience. This trip was one of the best, very nice newly renovated rooms and Riaaz on reception who checked us in was excellent, extremely helpful. Will be back next year!
