Pros:

Location , clean and comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast is ok but some much hot food is out which then goes cold , eggs always rock hard and toast is hardly done

Expensive.
Pros:

Convenient location. Clean and tidy.

Cons:

The reception staff were very uninformed. One didn’t know where the nearest accessible toilet was. Twice I was told I hadn’t booked dinner - when I definitely had and showed them a confirmation email detailing that. One receptionist commented “we don’t really do dinner. Do you mean breakfast?” (At 6pm!) The entrance off the street and all the lobby areas in front of the lifts on floors 3, 5 & and 11 smelt like a public toilet. Very unpleasant v

Cons:

For over £100 a night at the Hilton I would have expected a mini fridge but we didnt have any facility to keep anything cool.

Very basic room for the money ive paid the same for much better facilities

frustrating with the time wasted to use the lift
Pros:

room, staff and breakfast where amazing

Cons:

a little more expensive than previous stays here. only one lift working, waiting a very ling time to access the lift, especialy when a group turned up to transport music equipment for a function, stuck for nearly 20 mins just to get to the room at one point.
