Nice locating but wouldn’t stay there again as couldn’t sleep in the rock hard bed

Fantastic stay to celebrate my birthday
Pros:

Leeds is a brilliant destination for a city break and the Hilton Leeds City is perfect. It’s ideally located, just a few minutes walk into town and near the train station. The rooms have been renovated to a high standard, very modern and relaxing. The shower is HUGE!! The staff are friendly & there’s a great choice at breakfast. We have stayed here many times & it’s amazing to be rewarded for our loyalty. Our last trip was in March to celebrate my birthday and Janet left a lovely surprise in our room. (Thanks again Janet!). We have just booked to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary next month, can’t wait!

Lovely stay in centre of Leeds
Pros:

Great location,minutes from Leeds station.Hotel modern & very clean, rioms well equiped.All staff very welcoming & friendly.Great choice at breakfast, inckuding lots of fresh fruit.Will definitely stay again .

Excellent bar and reception area very comfortable and excellent friendly helpful and polite staff

Cons:

The air conditioning was blowing warm and the windows wouldn’t open, our fault as we should have notified the staff that it was broken.
Windows should open in hotels , I understand why they don’t but you’re not going to fall out of a window 4 foot high

Friendly and helpful staff

Excellent breakfast

Cons:

The WiFi was down -but luckily our TV had internet
The room was a bit stuffy due to not being able to open a window (we were on the 8th floor so fair enough)
When others closed their rooms it was so loud it vibrated our head board- not much can be done about that I guess but it was annoying
The food in the bar was ok. However my onion rings were over cooked and the celery I had with my hot wings was not fresh at all
