Disappointed Hilton management believe this is in some way acceptable

One of the rooms booked was fine.

Cons:

The other room I booked had a shower with virtually no water pressure when we checked in on Saturday. Sunday morning the water pressure was pretty much not existent and a dribble of water coming out and unusable. Management called to complain and when he inspected the issue he stated there was nothing he could do?? Asked if that was Hilton’s stance on the issue he stated “yes”! No offer of using another room to shower or even some form of good will gesture to compensate that the shower is unusable. Extremely disappointing.

Rooms were exceptional for the price couldn’t believe it when we arrived so clean and just generally so exceptional don’t think I’ve ever seen such a big TV. Really comfy beds as well as extremely polite staff. The bar was also really lovely and had a wide selection. Also felt really safe as to use the elevator your need a key card and after a certain time there are people checking your room at the door to stop any risks, as I women This was greatly appreciated as especially staying alone the worry about dangerous people can quite scary. It was also less than a 10 minute walk from the main centre of the city and a 2 minute walk from the train station exit.

Good central location, but for a Hilton the rooms need refurbishing.
Pros:

The staff, especially Hamid. He got us a fridge, as there was none in the room, for my medication. Liked the separate living room with TV and sofa and table. The bathroom was suitable for disabled persons.

Cons:

The smell on the ground floor lobby needs sorting. The rooms and place in need of refurbishment. No fridge in our room. The car park is absolutely awful. The turnings are so narrow. You need another person on the outside to guide you all the way. Parking on 2nd floor the gaps are so narrow that if anyone parks next to you can't get in. Lucky for me I had remote parking and could move the car forward to get it.
