Comfortable and I liked the 24 hour gym
Pros:

I thought Kae was an excellent member of staff. She dealt with my queries when I called the hotel before I arrived and also welcomed me at reception upon arrival too. She also linked me up with room service when I couldn’t get through. A very helpful and welcoming member of staff.

Lovely Hotel
Pros:

Really had a great time in Leeds.The hitel is very central and right next door to leeds train station which handy if you need to go places.The staff in the hitel was amazing and i would like to give a a great thanks to Riaaz who reallly made my stay very enjoyable. He was amazing and help with all our needs in the hotel.The breakfast is good value for 15 pound and food was nice . I will be back there Thanks to the Hilton Leeds City Staff 10 0ut of 10

Great location, a few minutes walk from the train station. Quick check in. Brilliant breakfast, everything fresh and piping hot.
Had a slight issue with a payment taken twice but the staff were excellent and this was soon resolved.

Excellent location, great staff and very good food!!
Pros:

Great location, staff were very welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help. Room was large, clean and comfortable. I was upgraded at no extra charge to a suite so that was very unexpected nice surprise. We also ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious!!

Cons:

The carpark is very tight on the entrance and exits I did scrape my car when leaving but this was also due to someone who had parked badly.

Top notch customer service
Pros:

I had a fantastic experience at the Hilton Leeds City. The hotel itself is superb — very clean, well-maintained, and with great facilities that made our stay really comfortable.

What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service from Kae at reception. I had originally booked a room for my wife and son, but the bed felt a little smaller than expected. When I mentioned this to Kae, she went above and beyond to help us. She kindly checked availability and upgraded us to a family suite, which made a huge difference to our stay.

Kae was incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure we were well looked after. It’s rare to come across that level of service, and it really elevated the whole experience.

Overall, I can only say positive things about this hotel — great facilities, great atmosphere, and outstanding staff. We’ll definitely be back!
