It's was very nice

Enjoyable place

It was an amazing stay not a single complaint and the staff were always ready to assist Ahmed and Sami from the front desk were amazing while Lutta the housekeeping supervisor did great Samsul and Masud the housekeeping attendant paid attention to details they were exceptionally

I like the hotel. However, when I made the reservation and when I checked in no one told me that the hotel restaurant was closed and has been closed for more than one month. This is totally unacceptable and should never happen.

- the location is perfect near the Mamsha and the restaurants less than 5 mins
- it was very clean
- the breakfast was great
- the staff are friendly
- there’s a rental scooters to use next to the front door
- the rooms doesn’t have soundproof we can hear what the next room are doing and that’s not good at all
- there was a lot of Flys at Casper the breakfast which was annoying

Bed was comfortable, but not the greatest. Not enough towels and cleaning service came by late at night (after 8:00). USB outlets did not work.
Lobby flooded when it rained.
Only one elevator. Only one restaurant (expensive)

Overall, the hotel and its location was great.

Check was friendly and smooth. Front desk workers were friendly, but seemed a little bit lost.
My room was elegant and spacious.

The bathroom however is small, and whenever you take a shower the floor gets flooded with water, it's unacceptable.

The beach is at a walking distance, however it has a different management, so you have to pay an additional entrance fee. When we were there the beach had reached its full capacity and won't let additional people in. The free beach looks great, but you can't swim because of the rocks. We ventured in, we had to surface-swim and try to maneuver around rocks and slimy stuff for a 100 meter (maybe more) to get to swimmable area, but by then we were tired and it wasn't that great.
Breakfast at the hotel is served by a restaurant (Casper and Gambini) that offered a wide choice of the tastiest food you can think of. The restaurant seemed under staffed as the outdoor tables were slightly dirty and there was food leftovers on the floor around the tables. Nevertheless, the food was great and the service was very good.

Also near the hotel there is a beach strip where there is a good number of restaurants, but our experience with the service at these restaurants was not good, and the food was below average. There is a nice open area on grass where kids can play and parents relax, that's a major plus.

At the lobby there is a small self-serve area to purchase water and other necessities, works smooth and fine.

You need a car to get from Jeddah to KAEC, and the hotel has an underground parking, that's a good thing.

The penthouse at the Views is amazing. The Views are so amazing. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent with walking distance to restaurants and Yam Beach. Also they have a lounge where there are games as well as luxury fitness separate facilities for men and women. I was so impressed. All the decor in the room was beautiful and comfortable. The penthouse has two separate outdoor spaces and it makes it ideal for entertaining.

This is a great hotel with great location
Nice rooms not that clean.
Some wet spots on the carpet.
The bathroom has some dark stain.
I have seen some negative review about the employee
Unfortunately those reviews are 100% right.
The reason is that they are not trained well.
They lack hospitality and welcoming manner.

The place is nice with good location but they keep thinking no need to improve or since people keep coming so they don't care about mistakes.

You need to cross the street to reach the beach.
No bathtub .
Expensive restaurant

The hotel was good, except the house keeping, I requested house keeping to clean the bathroom at 3PM THEN AT 5PM THEN AT 9PM every time I return to the room it is not clean called reception (to politely complain) but the Syrian staff had bad attitude. His first response “You only have 1 day with us” so that means If someone had only 1 day with them he is not an important guest? And can’t request house keeping?!
Which was wrong i stayed for 2 days
Finally, Went down to reception and talked with other staff they finally cleaned my bathroom on the 4th request through the day at 1AM

Bad experience I might not visit again and try other hotels at the area.

I liked/ the sea view, rooms are spacious but I didn’t like the beach because of lake facilities

Fantastic location excellent
One problem I faced which may affect the score in the future if not improved . That was a behavior of one of the female recipients as she change my studio room number with out taking my approval or comments, even she interfered in this situation and she was not the person in front of me or helping me . Mr Amjad was trining to solve the problem as he was upset toward that situation!! Pls take an action against this kind of behavior to improve your status .. regards

Excellent choice for relaxing and enjoyable
2-3 days are good time to stay

Every thing was fine except the room hygiene

One of the best hotel I have been the room is big, clean, nice smell. Also i want to thanks amjad in the front disk very nice person with smile face also , daya in the housekeeping he was very helpful thanks for views hotel for the great stay.
