The location was great, but the cleanliness was garbage
Pros:

I like the location it was around all the places that I was trying to go

Cons:

The bedsheets had old blood stains on them, where they still used them. The cover was nasty. I asked for them to change it, and they didn’t change the cover.

The location was ideal for our purpose of traveling there.

Cons:

There was no hair dryer or ice bucket in the room. The breakfast was less than advertised. No regular housekeeping completed to the room. I had to ask for towels and asked for housekeeping services. That resulted only in emptying trash cans but not towel replacement. A housekeeping staff member came to the room asking for dirty towels but didn't replace them.

Good price for the place
Pros:

Clean and the mattresses was brand new and comfortable. Breakfast was good too.

Cons:

The only thing that I will have to said is that the building was in construction, we went on Sunday so we didn’t hear any noise.

All n all It was good, not great. I like to shoot for great.
Pros:

Everything seemed nice as far as the property was concerned, although the shower was weird - there was no grab bars, nowhere to put your soap, the water nozzle was loose/broken and low water pressure.

Cons:

(See above). Also we didn’t get cleaning service while we were there. I’m assuming that you guys are low staffed and I understand this but I wish we were told. We completely understand the staffing problem. However, your customer should not have to pay for that problem.

I liked how clean the facility was when I entered.

Cons:

I did not have the chance to even stay. I made my reservation a couple of months ago, and was given the option to pay in person. I called ahead of time to confirm my reservation and was told it was available. I made it to the hotel and was told I did not have a reservation because it was canceled. The staff did not even try to figure out a way to resolve my problem. Rather, I was told there was nothing to be done and that I can go to another hotel. I had made this reservation because I had planned ahead to attend an event. I was stranded and they didn't care. I was very disappointed about how the situation was handled.

Check in was easy but not worth the cons

Cons:

Had bed bugs, got bitten all over, staff was unprofessional, there wasn’t any hot breakfast really just bread and bagels and packet stuff, the drink machine didn’t work on the first day, bathtub was dirty, uncomfortable beds and pillows that were stained with stuff then when asked for new sheets they said they don’t have more. The room did not look like pictures.
