Basically everything. They were completely unprofessional . We were asked to leave because my husband was talking too loud on his phone. He literally doesn't have a ear . They walked in on me and I had no clothes on just to make sure I was reserving for the following night. Our deposit that was given in cash was only partially refunded and there wasn't any damage. We actually had to clean the rooms ourselves with cleaning products. There were a few of the staff that were nice but the operation and the stress of 2 seniors that were disabled being told to leave because one is completely deaf because of not having an ear and assuming there was an argument was unprofessional . The breakfast wasn't breakfast. They would never restock and I personally ate toast daily. I didn't eat the waffles because of sugar. We were in a bad spot. Just had a hit and run accident and had no car . Also when we checked in arriving from the hospital after a week of being in it . They were aware of our situation. We were charged $50 security deposit by the 2nd day they wanted $100 security and if we didn't have it we had to leave. I was always on edge not even wanting to ask for a change of towels for fear of losing a night. The front desk woman would constantly threaten to call the police if we didn't make reservations on time and I was still trying to get better from the car accident. The front desk saw I wore a heart difibulator and I was constantly feeling threatened to have police called. I couldn't access my phone quickly to make the reservation without worrying that the front desk would barge with a heavy knock that would scare me and then the front desk seeing me without my clothes on . I personally have stayed at tons of LaQuintas because of the pricing. I never felt so uncomfortable in my life staying uintas. This one made us both stressed because we had no card . We were going through enough trying to deal with not having a car.
The hotel needs to be updated
Breakfast was empty, unless you wanted a piece of bread, or dry cereal with no milk.... no one was available or willing to restock when asked, so didn't even get anything other than a cup of juice. for a 3 day stay, it never got any better. A pool was advertised, but not open. Room was at the back of one of the buildings next to a busy street, and construction.
Personal spoke no English very rude and smelled.Room very uncomfortable and no hot water. Couldn't complain bec no one spoke English. Tried to keep 100 deposit till I noticed. Here only to ripoff Americans.

2nd room was remodeled. Staff addressed issues with room we had.
Bad location. Unsheltered people wondering parking lot. 1st room had a water leak moved to a 2nd room. Pool closed. Outside facilities need cleaned. A lot of trash around building.
There was no pool they had no sister hotel that could acamodate breafast was not so great there was a lot of missing items
Location was great, very close to a lot of good spots in town.
The room was beat up a bit, room service never came when asked, we were downgraded after confirming a week earlier, there was problems with the room access every single day, and there was a smell in the hallway. I didn’t mind the downgrade but they kept getting our information incorrect and I never got replied to by the manager for the price difference. Last, I passed the lobby to get my room and every single time someone else had a booking issue, but as I didn’t know the individuals situations take that last comment with a grain of salt.
The convenience was nice.
Lots of things wrong. Tv not working, no heated water, room heater barely worked on full blast, etc….
Pet friendly.
A floor in the bathroom was poorly installed. This left gaps that cannot be cleaned and it was gross.
Nothing. Price
The property was very broken that staff Barely spoke in the English. There was caution tape on the stairwells. The elevator elevators did not work.
