Great hotel in a great location. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic location. Comfortable room. Kids loved the pool. Appreciated getting water & snacks on check in. Lovely breakfast.

Dated, Unsafe, and Pushy Salesmen
Pros:

First, you can't walk through the lobby without a salesman trying to trick you into booking a random stay at a select location - it's awkward and since the salesmen change, you have to keep telling them no!
Secondly, the lobby and restaurant look great, but the rooms are showing major signs of wear. Paint is peeling, only half the lights work, and everything just has an "old" look to it. I can tell it used to be nice at some point, but wonder when the last time someone from management was in one of the guest rooms.
Finally, and most importantly, the stairways were locked!! We were there on the 4th of July and decided to take the stairs rather than wait in the long line for elevators after the fireworks. When we inquired as to where the stairs were, we were informed that they had been locked, and while they were trying to "find a solution", they had no idea when they would reopen. We were sure we heard wrong, but sure enough, the doors were locked. It was a very busy night, with fireworks in the air, and the idea that we would be trapped if the elevators shut down because of a fire, really unsettled us. Who locks the stairwell doors in a hotel?!

Unexpected stay, great location
Pros:

Location, great breakfast with lots of protein options, plenty of food options and quantity to meet the demand of guests.. Omelet bar was a bonus

Cons:

Would have been nice to have a little later happy hour, drinking water with ice out a little later or 24hrs, not to have been sent to a sales pitch right after check in.

La habitacion cumplió con todo lo que se esperaba, cuarto limpio y comodo, el servicio no fue el mejor ya que no hicieron limpieza al cuarto en los dos dias que estuvimos ahi.

Cons:

El estacionamiento no esta incluido con tu reservacion de cuarto, se tiene que pagar diario una cuota. El desayuno deja mucho que desear ya que solo cuneta con lo basico.

Pros:

Excellent, Location Perfect, Atmosphere good not to many people but enough, rooms were roomy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel and our room were clean and comfortable. Would stay again and recommend to family and friends.
