Las habitaciones son más antiguas de lo que aparentan en las fotos. Aunque la mayoría del personal fue muy amable, nos hospedamos 4 noches y solo hicieron el arreglo de la habitación una vez. En general, sentimos que el precio es alto para la calidad del alojamiento.

Cons:

Broken thermostat and lamp, Luke warm shower. Water was turned off without notice so the toilets wouldn't flush. Elevators were broken and you had to park on the 3rd floor or higher in the garage.

Will rethink staying at an Embassy Suites again.

Lobby area was nice

Cons:

We waited an hour and half to get into our room which should have been ready at 4:00. Wasn't ready until 5:30. Very frustrating and there was NO manager onsite on 9/6/26!! Very poor decision on the managing dept not to have at least one manager on site. Multiple rooms were not ready by 4:00 and multiple rooms were not ready until 5:30ish. Trust me, all of us guests were upset and frustrated.

Our room was clean and nice, however, the shower was old and looked like there was mold growing in it. We didn't even use it because it was so gross looking. The bedroom either smelled like pet urine or mold. Even the pillows smelled gross.

I'm a Gold Hilton Honor member and always try & stay at a Hilton. Hilton needs to step up their game.

Pros:

Location was excellent. The staff throughout the hotel are all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

The property was fine, but it’s undergoing a few repairs with the garage elevator and fountain in the lobby. It would have been slightly easier if they would have allowed hotel guests to park in the lower floors instead of 3rd floor.
