Fantastic staff, spotless everywhere, fantastic views, quiet and perfect for people who don’t like big busy hotels.

Fabulous holiday in this hotel. Apartment was great, bedroom, kitchen and sitting area were all excellent.
The large balcony/terrace made the holiday. Fantastic views, sun from approximately 11am onwards. Space for 2 sun beds with room for table and chairs. Very private.
The receptionist, Gabriela was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Great personality and an asset to the hotel. Her receptionist colleague was also very helpful.
I want to thank our room lady Luz Belen. The room was spotless every day and any request was met with a quick response and a smile.
The bar staff were also excellent. Service with a smile.
I recommend a vacation here you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful room with beautiful views of ocean and Los Gigantes cliffs. Beautiful pool with poolside bar. Smaller and more personal than a huge resort hotel. Best of all, the staff were really lovely.

Lovely apartment, excellent self catering facilities, stunning views, spotlessly clean and all staff are friendly.

Great hotel, clean , quiet and in a good area

All the staff at the hotel were really lovely and helpful. Elena in reception was great, sorted out our air con for us as soon as we asked for help. Also the lady cleaning our room Esmerelda did such a good job. The studio was always spotless and had clean towels every day and made it look so presentable. The studio itself had everything you could need, a really comfortable, large bed with a fully equipped kitchen area with table plus the balcony with sunbeds with table and chairs with a stunning view. Couldn't have asked for more. The pool area was fab, plenty of sunbeds, table and chairs and pool bar serving drinks and food to your table or sunbed. Pool area also well maintained and always clean. Would definitely stay again. There is a long winding hill to climb to the hotel from the centre. I wouldn't recommend doing it in the blazing sun unless you are relatively fit, it is not for the faint hearted. Taxis are only around 4/5 euros which would be easier for some.

The views from our room were fabulous. You can see the cliffs and the sea for miles on end. La Gomera island is also visible from the terrace. The pool was very nice too. I'd recommend this place. It was very close to a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is perfect. The rooms are spacious and clean. The balconies all face out towards the sea so the views are amazing. The pool is the right temperature and very clean. We had breakfast included and that was plentiful and much variation for a small hotel. Special praise though to the staff, from management, reception, bar staff to the cleaners and maintenance guys. Everyone greeted you with a smile and a Hola 😁

Amazing stay, staff very friendly, perfect location

Absolutely fabulous place, gorgeously located, beautiful premises overlooking Los Gigantes. The staff are fabulous also, incredibly kind and attentive, a special shout out to Angela and Nacho, who were lovely and funny and so helpful. The place is beautiful and so clean and fresh, the rooms were also cleaned daily, a pristine job every time. Perfect balcony. Everything around was so accessible and easy to reach, and taxis are very reasonable. The service is just fantastic and the mood was so chilled. The food was nice but most times we liked to be in the town, I love a nice lasagna and the lasagna I had there was right up my street. The only thing i would say is that the bar closes a little bit early, 9pm, but it wouldn't make me take away any stars from the place, but just after 9 it would be nice to have a night cap before bed, but it really isn't that important.
We were so sad to leave, but absolutely cannot wait to come back, it's an exceptional hotel with exceptional staff ❤️

We've been here before, under different owners. It seems to have gone slightly downhill.
Pro's
Pool area lovely, extremely quiet when we were there, it was like having our own private pool some days.
Cleanliness, absolutely spot on. The cleaners do an amazing job.
The view from all the rooms is stunning, a truly beautiful place.
Great cocktails at a fairly good price.

Cons.
We had water coming through a light fitting in the ceiling at 0030 right over my sons bed while he was asleep. Although we were offered another room, we felt it quite dangerous we had to experience that.
No apology afterwards either.
Breakfast is pretty average, half decent selection, but most is tepid and it looked like they reused some of the previous days evening meals.
English i feel are treated differently. Maybe its something we should accept. However i ordered the same evening meal as some Spanish guests on the next table. My meal was half the size.

Overall we did enjoy ourselves, but it wasnt as good as we remembered.

En general bien pero la habitación 02 era demasiado ruidosa muy cerca de la cocina del restaurante y zona de trabajo. La ubicación es como para solo personal autorizado.
Por otro lado, no se pudo disfrutar de la terraza de la habitación porque los huéspedes de vecinos de ambos lados todas las noches se dedicaban a fumar marihuana y tampoco paraban de hablar en un tono elevado.

Alle unsere Erwartungen sind überschritten. Der Unterkunft ist sauber, verfügt über allen nötigen Sachen, was einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ermöglicht (gut ausgestattete Küche, Waschraum, tolle Räumigkeiten, gute Küche, Pool, 10 Gehminuten zum Hafen). Schon auf dem 2. Tag wussten wir, wir müssen zurückkehren.

The views from the property were fantastic and had direct sun on the balcony most of the day, the way the property is designed will be the same for everyone. The pool and terrace were great, very private. Staff were polite and helpful, all communal areas and apartments were clean. We ate one night and the food was nice, we washed clothes which was massively handy. The only issue we had was a faulty air-con in one of the rooms but were given a fan to help. Would stay again for sure.

Loved the access to reception for late and early hours regarding any questions we had. They were great, and very accommodating. We had a spectacular time here and would highly recommend!
